If they don't have it in stock they can usually get it the next day. The parts department has helped me out of a bind several times. Today I wanted the thermostat and over-temperature cutoff for an Atwood water heater. They had it in stock. The technician also took time to discuss my water heater issues and offered tips and troubleshooting techniques.
