Convertible broke and that shows how he sold the car
Plumcafe R.

Wow this untrustworthy guy from JRS is just scary Now he shared my Personal information like address, name, phone number, car Von number. I am starting to get afraid for my safety!!! Never saw anything like this before. My complaints is real, and Ray's reaction is totally unheard and crazy

I worked with Ray over at JRS Auto Buyers, and it was absolutely the best experience that I have ever had purchasing a car! Ray went more than out his way to make sure that I was taken care of throughout the entire process, and he even helped me arrange getting the car shipped out to me since I live in Colorado. I have never purchased a car out of state, so I was extremely nervous especially for this kind of money!! But thankfully, Ray was very kind, patient and walked me through the whole process and he followed through early on every single promise and made me feel very comfortable putting my skeptical mind at ease! I will be forever grateful that he's such a great/honest businessman that honors his word just like I do, and I truly cannot thank him enough for putting this beautiful Mercedes in my hands! I am totally over the moon, and I still can't believe that I got my dream car thanks to you!! I highly recommend JRS to anyone looking for a great and honest dealer!!! Thank you so much, Jim S.

Finding a phone number on the bill they sent me is nearly impossible. I have been wanting to get this bill paid right away, but when I tried the website, the email it promised to send me never ever appeared in my inbox after multiple attempts over two days. So, I need to talk to a human--something that Honda Financial Services apparently cant' facilitate. Can you say "BS!" That's what I'm saying.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Honda Financial Services…read moretoday. I spent approximately 50 minutes on the phone with a specialist named Tang B., and after all that time, my issue was still not resolved. When it became clear that she was unable to assist me, I repeatedly requested to speak with a supervisor or team lead. She would not transfer me. Instead, I was told that I would have to wait up to two business days for someone to call me back, and that the person returning my call might be a team lead or supervisor. That is simply unacceptable. Honda dealerships are expected to meet extremely high standards when representing the Honda brand. Why shouldn't customers expect that same level of accountability and service from Honda Financial Services? If a representative cannot resolve a customer's issue after nearly an hour on the phone, there should be a clear and immediate escalation process. A customer should not have to wait another two days just for the possibility of speaking with someone who has the authority to help. Honda Financial Services, this customer service experience does not reflect the level of service I expect from the Honda name. I would appreciate having someone in a supervisory or management position contact me and actually address my issue.

I purchased my GLA250 from Platinum used cars in Alpharetta back in December 2020! I went through 2…read moredifferent GLA's before deciding on the one I bought. My salesman was Juan, long story short he was an IDIOT LOL I only bought my car from there because the finance manager James got me a good deal on the interest as a first time college student buyer and I had 1 week to find a car and purchase so I was on a time crunch. I will say take ANY CAR to get inspected! I paid $100 to get one car inspected by Deutschland service around the corner (Great experience and experienced mechanic). The car had a few issues so it was a no go. I went back the second day to get a second car inspected and took it to speedy auto service and paid $60 (horrible experience and came to find out the car I purchased had moonroof issues) luckily it was under the 40,000 miles so Mercedes Benz of Marietta fixed it for free. (Go see Dietrick) I got lucky because everything else was in great condition. Fast forward to February once my temporary tag was about to expire I came to find out that nobody registered my car here so I had to spend a whole day at the DMV and the emissions test place because it also never went through the emissions inspection! I GOT LUCKY AGAIN! I went back and forth with Wells Fargo until they finally settled on refunding me back $150 out of the $300 they charged me to do the paperwork.

Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle…read more I purchased a 2022 Tesla Model S remotely. I found the vehicle advertised on the CarGurus app and started the credit application process there, trusting the professionalism conveyed by the dealership through the photos and videos of the luxury vehicles advertised. The problems started almost immediately. First, my vehicle's paperwork was processed for the wrong state, causing delays in activating my insurance and registering my E-ZPass. Even after almost two months, the vehicle still did not properly appear under my name with the Massachusetts RMV. My insurance company even listed the owner as "Unknown Owner" because the registration process had not yet been completed. Throughout this entire period, I requested updates several times. Most of my attempts went unanswered, and the after-sales support was practically nonexistent. The situation became even worse when I personally went to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. During delivery, I discovered several problems and missing items that had not been disclosed beforehand. The vehicle was delivered with only one Key Card, missing the second Key Card, the Key Fob, the owner's manual, printed documents, the delivery folder, the trunk cover, and other original accessories that come with the vehicle even when it is used. We also found torn door weather seals, damaged trim, and numerous scratches that had not been shown in the photos or videos presented by the dealership before the sale. These issues were documented in the presence of the employee who handled the delivery. However, the most serious problem happened immediately after I picked up the vehicle. Within a few hours of personally picking up the car from the dealership, I contacted them by email and text messages informing them that the air conditioning system was not functioning properly and that condensation water was being drained into the vehicle's cabin, soaking the carpet on the driver's side. These communications exist and can be verified. The defect was reported to the dealership only a few hours after I picked up the vehicle. I attempted to contact the dealership more than 20 times. My calls were ignored or disconnected, and several emails went unanswered. At no point was I informed that the vehicle had a defect in the climate control system or a water intrusion problem. Had this information been provided before the purchase, I would never have purchased this vehicle. And after I reported the defect, the dealership is now saying that I purchased the vehicle "as-is." It was only after I began complaining about the vehicle's problems that I started hearing this term. I am an ordinary consumer. I found the vehicle publicly advertised for sale as being in excellent condition and excellent working order, applied for financing, completed the purchase, and personally traveled to pick up the vehicle. At no point was I informed that I was purchasing a vehicle with this defect. Regardless of the argument later presented regarding the vehicle being sold "as-is," this does not change the chronology of what happened or erase the emails and text messages sent only a few hours after I picked up the vehicle, documenting the problem. The vehicle was subsequently inspected by Tesla itself, which confirmed that repairs are necessary and provided an initial estimate of approximately $3,915, an amount that may still increase after the diagnosis and necessary services are completed. This purchase has already caused me financial losses, loss of time, and countless hours trying to resolve problems that I did not expect to face with a vehicle of this value. The biggest disappointment is not only the registration problems, the items and conditions that were not disclosed before the purchase, or the serious defect presented by the vehicle. It is mainly the lack of communication, responsibility, and customer support after the sale. When I needed help the most, I was unable to obtain a solution. My intention has always been to resolve this situation amicably. Unfortunately, to this day, I have not obtained a solution to a problem that I reported to the dealership only a few hours after picking up the vehicle. Anyone, even without technical or legal knowledge, who reviews this entire complaint and the corresponding documentation can form their own conclusion about the way this situation was handled. I will continue preserving all documentation related to this case, including emails, text messages, videos, photographs, purchase documents, records of my attempts to contact the dealership, and the documents issued by Tesla.

USED CAR BUYER, PLEASE BE CAREFUL..... When you buy a used car regardless of who you purchase it…read morefrom, do your homework. ALWAYS get a car inspected from a professional not associated with the seller. If the 50 to 100 dollars for the inspection is difficult for you to come up with, think of how much a 2 -3 thousand dollar repair will feel. If you get a Carfax, pay careful attention to where the car has been. If it is a northern car be extra careful, there will be rust related issues. I did not follow my own advice and I am now paying the price for that. I purchased a truck from Imports & Sports Auto. I was given the Carfax. I will offered the opportunity to take the car for an inspection. Nick was friendly enough. I took the truck for a test drive. It drove fine, looked fine, so I ignored my own rules and purchased it without having it inspected. Within 2 days, the "service engine soon/check engine" light came on. I took it to my mechanic figuring it needed an oil change or that the light was not reset after the dealer worked on it. To my surprise there were 3 major codes causing the light to come on. 1 was coolant related, 1 was for the EGR and the really expensive one was for the catalytic converter. While the car was on the lift there were a couple of other major surprises. There was rust EVERYWHERE. This should be expected from a northern car. There was an epoxy like JBWeld on the oil pan to stop a leak. Even if that had been done properly the oil pan has several rusted spots that are almost rusted through. The distributor is going bad. As part of the deal to purchase the truck, the A/C was not blowing cold. Nick agreed to replace the a/c compressor to correct the issue. It worked for about 3 days and quite again. Nick agreed to look at the system again and replace the coolant and "repaired" a valve. This time it lasted about 2 weeks. The mechanic showed me where all of the dye was leaking out of the compressor fittings. They were over tightened. I mentioned the rust, well to replace the oil pan, a complete exhaust system, manifold to tail pipe, new fuel tank because the existing one had rusted out on top, just so it will pass emissions when I have to renew the tag, I am looking at $2500 to $3000 in repairs on a $5000 truck. When I am finished I will have around $8000 in a truck that I would be lucky to get my original investment back. Repairs are underway, and should have the truck back on the road next week. PLEASE, do not put yourself through the same issues I have. HAVE THE VEHICLE INSPECTED BEFORE SIGNING!!! The law is not on your side.
