Absolutely the best, most professional, most thorough inspection report I've ever received!read more

This car had a clean CarFax but Eric found body repair work that had had been done not to mention a couple of oil leaks and possible coolant leak. He did a thorough and fully documented inspection with pictures and offers a video option which is well worth it. He did the inspection the day after i called and i had the report the morning after. Excellent customer service, professional work, money well spent! Thanks again Eric

My husband and I have purchased 2 cars with Gerald this year. He was patient with us during the…read morefirst transaction (for my car) and helped me find the exact car that I wanted. (I had a very, very specific set of criteria.) It took a few weeks for what I wanted to finally come up in the price range we were looking to hit but that's just the way things go. He sends emails with info on things he has found and lets you decide if you want to pursue that specific car. He's not pushy and he is very up front about how much everything will cost. He is an older guy who really likes to carry on a conversation (lol) and he really knows his cars. Once my car arrived he helped us get a couple minor repairs (you have to kind of expect this when purchasing a used car) and he was nice enough to buy the parts (brakes and rotors) with his dealer license and gave them to us for cost. He knows a bunch of guys who have reliable repair shops and we were satisfied with the work they did. He also offers extended warranty options and is willing to work with a couple of different banks or credit unions if you need to finance the car. The fact that we went through him again to purchase another car should tell you that we were pleased with his services. Overall, we saved $4000-$5000 on my car and about $3000 on my husband's truck vs. what we would have paid at a dealer. You have to go into this way of buying a car knowing that it will take a little bit of time to find the car you want but the savings is worth it.

Gerald is a true expert at his craft. I listened to exactly what my wife and I wanted. He listened…read moreto our bodget and gave us the real-world advice and input regarding what to expect for the money. Then, he hit HOME RUN. He got us the model up from what we normally could afford and at less than market value. We got a tremendous deal on a very low milage car, it came inspected, with warranties, serviced, and no worries about paying too much. He is no nonsense...if you want someone to shine you on go somewhere else. He is not a salesman. He is an educator and consultant. You are not paying for overhead of larger discount dealers whose milease are higher, and prices inevitably more. He was able to buy a better car then we could for the money. He took delivery of the vehicle and drove it a few days to ensure it was as he thought. Dont hesitate to work with Myriad...I am going to buy my car from him when I get ready.

Contacted Pull-A-Part a few times to sell my vehicle. When I first contacted them, the Operator…read moreoffered me a deal of about $500 for a my 2010 Ford Explorer. At the time, I was just interested in a quote and I told them that I would contact them again to finalize a deal if I couldn't find anyone to beat this quote. I ended up going out of town and forgot about my side project. Cut back a month later, I contact Pull-A-Part last week to sell my vehicle to them. The Operator then low-balled me with a different number than what they first offered and offered me $380. I was upset with this new number since I was expecting them to match their initial offer. I begrudgingly brought up this point and the Operator came back with a new offer of $410 for pickup on Saturday 7/12/2024. Since I was tired of dealing with this entire project, I agreed and we set an appointment to pick up my vehicle at 9am. I received a confirmation email and made preparations to have the vehicle picked up on Saturday at our agreed time. Come Saturday, I received ZERO correspondence from the hauler and at 0945am I contacted Pull-A-Part to ask if they were enroute. The Operator stated that they did not know when the hauler would arrive and that I would be contacted. Since I received no correspondence an HOUR after they were supposed to, I asked to reschedule for Monday. The Operator advised that the hauler would reschedule to Monday and did not provide a new time. The Operator stated that they "could not provide a time for Monday." I found this statement to be incredibly unprofessional since they were happy to provide a time when they first tried to low-ball me. I agreed to an ambiguous Monday reschedule. Today is Monday and you can guess that no one has contacted me and no one has come to get the vehicle. At this point, I'm sure that this business is some kind of scam.

IQAutos posts very clear photos of their inventory for clear transparency of what you are buying, especially for their huge Tesla inventory. They know what photos to display in their listings so you don't have to ask too many questions (Car computer version/actual current range). They make it extremely simple and easy to purchase a vehicle compared to the normal dealerships that play haggling games with you trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of you. They have many years of experience and it definitely shows with how they adapted to today's average consumer. Shout out to Tony who was very responsive and knowledgeable of Tesla's throughout the entire transaction. If I ever purchase another Tesla, it will likely be from them.
