They have real nice incentives like being able to…read moretest drive the car you're interested and another is being able to return the car you bought within 10days of purchase if you change your mind. Only downside is you can't negotiate pricing as you would at a dealership, but for all it offers plus cutting down on wasting time CarMax is the way to go. Also different locations seem to operate differently as I did not enjoy my experience at the Buford location. We also went to Gainesville which was a smooth and nice experience however I had the best experience at Norcross. After looking at several cars I chose the fully loaded 2024 Kia Sportage and I love my car! If you want a straight forward seamless experience. I would recommend CarMax.

March 12, 2026, first of all, this is my first time being a victim of a crime, so my emotions are…read moreextremely high and vulnerable, and WINDSHIELD HUB of Atlanta, played on those emotions, knowing I was in an emergency situation and needed immediate assistance. This is my horrible experience with them! I made an appointment yesterday in reference to a window replacement for my vehicle, I received a call from Juan and he took all my information down and confirm that someone would be at my home between 9:00 a.m. and noon today. As of 1:30 this afternoon, I still have not heard from anyone there, so I had to called, only to find out that they did not have the glass replacement, nor did it fail to contact me in reference to them not having the glass that they knew they didn't have yesterday. This is the first example of the breakdown of communication, yesterday, I received multiple text messages asking for further information about the vehicle. I sent the information they needed and multiple pictures. The person from dispatch was receiving the pictures, became irate because she could not review the pictures that she accused me of not sending. Once the pictures were found, there was no apology at all for them not receiving all of their text messages that I had sent. That was the first red flag, I should have paid attention. Second red flag was a NO-SHOW this morning between 9:00 and 12:00 noon. Third red flag when I called they act like they didn't know what was going on until Christian said that they did not have the glass that was needed for my vehicle. If you are going to work with this company, I strongly suggest you pay very close attention to all the CONCERNING reviews and do your homework. They're breakdown in communication is extremely horrible!!! It is discouraging, disappointing, and disrespectful when you have a consumer waiting for a particular service all day, and they negated to inform me within a reasonable amount of time this morning so that I can use other options. The weather was bad, it rained all night long, which potentially has furthered damaged the interior of my vehicle. Now, I am going into "Day 2" without a rear windshield!!! Once again, WINDSHIELD HUB I would not use!!! BAAADDD customer service practices!

That's where Atlanta Auto Recycling came to my rescue. My phone call today was answered immediately by Garrett and from there the ball was rolling. I called in a bit after 8AM and by 10:30 AM the car was gone and I had cash in my hand. He provided all paperwork for signing the car over as well as instructions for how to handle it with the state afterwards. I cannot speak more highly of Garrett's courtesy, punctuality, or professionalism. He told me he's done this for over 8000 cars over 25 years in business. His experience clearly shows and is worthy of recognition. If you find yourself in my situation, or something close to it: do not hesitate to reach out to Garrett at Atlanta Auto Recycling. I feel like a weight has been lifted, and I'm so grateful to have this finally taken care of.
