Allow me to place all of your trust in this man! I cracked my rim... I live in a high rise which means GARAGE! I ordered the rim and could not move the car to get it to the place that I ordered from for them to switch it. I sent out the YELP HELP request and this gentleman responded in 10-15 minutes with the best quote and ready to go! I told him I was Ubering the rim to the apartments and that they would be there at 5:45. He said I GOT YOU, "I'll be there at 6!" He pulled up, i let him in the garage and he took my tire off, switched it to the new rim for me and put it back on. And topped off all of my other tires... listen... his number is archived. He was efficient, quick, trustworthy and a gentleman. I do appreciate great business... even when it is in a pinch... GREAT MIDTOWN HELP IS HARD TO FIND! THANK YOU! His work is amazing and he had the best price I had heard! read more

The first time I waited over 6 hours and they never showed up. I ended up having to leave my car on the side of the highway until the next morning. Horrible service. Horrible communication. I recommend that no one request there service.

I pulled up Yelp thinking I'd have to find a tire repair shop, drive there and spend my entire morning waiting to get my tire fixed. Luckily for me, Exclusive Mobile Tire Service came up in my search and I gave them a call. While on the phone I sent a picture of my tire. They were able to distinguish what size tire I needed. They lmk the brand I had wasn't available until Tuesday and asked if I was okay with using another brand. I was able to make it safely to my destination. Sent my location and it literally took them less than 10 minutes to remove and replace my tire. They went above and beyond letting me know my other rear tire was in jeopardy of popping and they were able to squeeze me back in, returning within an hour to change out my other tire. It was a very smooth and painless process. I HIGHLY recommend this business.
