Just got dumped off when the guy found out I was trying to get information regarding rv fridges, fans etc. He was bragging about being here over 20 years but he passed me off immediately when he realized he wasn't going to make a commission off me. Might be a good place to buy a camper but do yourself a favor. Stick to Amazon or another retailer for Dometic fridges or fantastic fans. btw those two items are $ 1,400.oo but that's not enough apparently. read more

My wife and I retired last fall and we purchased a new camper at Camper City, a family owned company in Buford Georgia, in Sept 2017, unfortunately we were the 1% and bought a lemon in every sense of the word. Electrical systems, the fridge, tank sensors, flooring, lights, the list goes on and on, broke and had to be replaced/repaired. We ended up taking the camper back for warranty service to Camper City with Don and his staff many times and they were always extremely nice and professional and tried their best to fix the constant issues. Our salesman Jerry, was consistently helpful and tried his best to get us taken care of as soon as they could, so we could resume our retirement camping. In April 2018, the day before family flew in for a week, the converter blew and we lost the 12 volt system. We bought a battery charger to keep the 12 volt online till our daughters left for home. The day after, we drove 14 hours back home to take the camper back to Camper City. At this point we all agreed the camper was a lemon and we worked on trading it in on a new camper. Most times this would have been a tremendous monetary loss for my wife and I, as the camper was only 6 months old. The owner Michelle and our salesman Jerry worked extremely hard and took care us better than any chain store would have even thought about. They bought back the lemon and gave us a great deal on a new Rockwood camper and we are thrilled with the new unit. I simply can't say enough kind words about the owner Michelle, our salesman Jerry and Don and the service department at Camper City. If they take such exceptional care of us during this extremely troubling ordeal, I am sure you will be pleased with any transaction you have with them. If you need a camper, trust Camper City and their staff to take care of you and to stand behind their products as we did. Go and ask for Jerry and I'm sure you will be happy you did. We got our 22 Keystone Hideout from Camper City on 3/12, at Pick up the microwave needed to be replaced, they said they would order it and call me. 4/5 came along, still had not heard anything so I called and was told that the person quit and it was never ordered. Went on our 1st and only trip, ran the heater at night, and the next day went to use the hot water and NOTHING, called Camper City, the salesman walked through troubleshooting and said everything sounded right. Called service Monday and explained the troubleshooting we did with their salesperson, and still no hot water. Their reply "Well, it worked just fine when it left." I asked them to look at it when they replaced the microwave and was given a drop date of 4/19. On 4/11 I called about mounting the TV and was told it would be "$175", I asked them to hold off on adding it to WO. I went to Camper World and purchased a TV mount to mount it myself as there is a "Mount TV Here" sticker on the wall. Got a 360 full motion universal mount for $85 but was nervous to drill a hole in the camper. Called Camper City to ask if the Stud ran horizontal or vertical and was told by the serviceman "I do not know, you would have to call Keystone" I did and was told that there was a 6X6 inch metal plate behind the wall for mounting. Still scared to mount the TV I called Camper city on 4/12 and asked if their $175 included the mount itself, he replied yes, and I asked to add it to my work order. I paid $85 for the tv mount from Camper World, for a little bit it could be installed by professionals, so I returned the mount. Dropped the camper off on 4/19, being only the 4th time moved the tongue jack crapped out. a forklift was used to move the camper. Spoke to service and was told jack, microwave, and water heater were in warranty. On 5/11 was told it was ready, and when they tried to mount the TV the wall bowed out so they took it down and placed a board behind the mount for extra support and my total was $236. Not happy with the change I still paid for it. The "extra work" as they took a 1x6 painted it black and mounted it to the wall about 5 inches under the sticker that said, "Mount TV Here". I called and asked why the tv was not mounted where it was supposed to be. To which I was told the sticker was right under the ceiling and no tv could be mounted like that. I replied if they used the correct mount it would have, the SM went on to tell me that if I wanted a specific item I should have told them and brought it with me. I said I should not have to tell you what the right mount was, and CW said a 360 full-motion mount, would allow for the tv to be mounted in the correct spot. He asked why I took it back if it worked and I said because I was told the $175 included the part. He proceeded to tell me I was wrong he had never heard of a tv mount like that and that they did what they had to do to place it on the wall that if I was mounting a 22-24-inch tv that would have worked. the TV they mounted WAS 22 inches. I was very understanding and patient when I called multiple times and was told different stories on my part, and he basically said I was lying about calling, and I added stuff on after the fact was the reason for the almost month-long wait. They never called to tell me it would be more than the quote. Not only did my new $20k camper have an unprofessional mount job, yes it was secure, but it looked horrible there was also glue on my floor under the TV that I had to scrape off and clean, "drill dust" all over my window under the TV, black smudges on the wall around the Microwave and by the fridge, and, my camper, which had no food in it, is infested with ants. There's no way Keystone manufactures the number of campers they do, with the same tv mounting space, and "no way" to mount a TV to its specific location, If you are going to sell Keystone Campers, then you should know how to service them. He let me know since I was unhappy, I could bring it in they would take off what they installed and give me a full refund read more

We just picked up our new Montana 5th wheel yesterday and I just have to say that we love the service at Camper City. We looked at the other RV dealerships around and they were either disinterested or on us like used car salesmen. Jerry, our sales guy, was great! He took the time to find out what we really wanted and pointed us in the right direction and let us spend as long as we wanted looking around. Vicki and Donna in Finance were so helpful. Deena helped us order the right cameras, Eric and Dale walked us through everything on our camper, Don & Chris made sure the hitch and initial hookups went fine. Mary kept me company in the shade while the guys were working on the hitch and I didn't get the guy's name who set up the cameras but he was so helpful! We'd been in and out of there for two weeks while we made our decision and then had some custom stuff done and every single person we ran into was sweet and helpful. Thank you Camper City! We had a great experience at Camper City. They worked with our budget and found us a beautiful bunkhouse camper. We bought a used 2016 camper and they spent a couple hours going through it and making sure everything looked great and functioned perfectly. We are first timers and two people walked us through every detail of how to use our camper inside and out. When we got to the campground we knew exactly what to do. I have been so impressed with Camper City. From camper purchases to service & repair, Camper City has been awesome. I bought my last camper from RV World & have regretted that decision ever since. When I needed a repair, Camper City took 1-2 weeks to fix our camper (& they actually fixed the problem). RV World took 2-3 months. I have since started bring our camper back to Camper City for repairs. I have never felt pressure from them & they actually take time to listen to you. If you are in the market to buy, ask for Jerry. I am blissfully relaxing in my camper on a great camping trip with friends and family right now and I owe it all to the stellar service at Camper City. We realized our camper needed repairs a week before a trip I had planned for multiple groups going together, everyone counting on our camper as home base. Any other service center would delay us months but Camper City came through despite all obstacles associated with having a 16 year old camper. They either tracked down or retooled parts to work for us to get us safely on the road and able to take care of everyone, including a baby who needed bottles washed in our camper that previously had a broken sink. My husband and I visited other RV dealers prior to lucking out and visiting Camper City. We were in the market for an upgrade to our travel trailer and wanted a used model. The "other guys" wanted $50 for changing our hitch and $498 for a pre-delivery inspection on top of other dealer prep charges. Not so with Camper City. Just the low price and sales tax. Plus they treated us like we were buying the most expensive RV known to man. They performed little extras that blew us away. They even took the time to paint the stabilizers and tongue on the used camper. They gave us many additional gifts and services too. They were super accomodating, super friendly, and the best yet...super fair on their pricing. We now have a used camper that is showroom perfect at a price that put me into shock. Great place to buy. Mike Smith was our salesman. Gave him our price range and style camper we wanted. He showed us the ones he had. Gave us time to look around and talk to each other without any pressure. Vicki handled our paperwork explained every thing there again no pressure, no surprise fees. Eric showed us around our camper. He made sure we knew how to work everything gave us his number if we had and questions or problems.
