A very cool local shop that was about 60% cheaper than those professional body shops. After meeting with Jerry and going over the estimate I felt very good that I was in the right place. Very personable and over 25 years experience. Jerry is a perfectionist and very meticulous about his work. No short cuts or easy fixes. He takes his time and does it right. Dropping off the vehicle at 10am, he said he hoped to get it back to me by 6pm. So I made arrangements to run some errands. After about 3 hours he called and said the car was finished!! What?! Lol. He showed me the damaged area and as hard as I looked I couldn't find anything! It was perfectly like new. AND the car was washed and detailed to boot! Just a fantastic experience all the way around! My only regret is it was resolved so quickly I forgot to take before and after photos. But I did get a few photos of some of the old classic cars he's restoring in his spare time. I asked him if he could do an oil change on my Ford. He gave me an appt. and serviced the car while I waited. Brought my SRT Challenger in for a vibration issue and a tire rotation. He diagnosed the vibration to be a bent wheel. His knowledge and the capabilities of his staff were beyond my expectations. They're all dedicated to their jobs and are customer conscientious. The two units I have leased were screwed up in their system from the start and initially caused a billing error that caused me a lot of heartache. What's worse is that the manager has no customer service skills whatsoever. She's quick to tell you how important she is and how many stores she manages, which is pretty shallow in the first place, but when an issue occurs, she hides behind her employees and doesn't return your request for a call - multiple times. I have no complaint with Irene and Robert, they have been awesome and actually knows who the customer is, but when you need to talk to management, they disappear. Also, very shady business practices. They will not tell you when signing the lease that they have outrageous late fees, $100 even if less than 30 days late per unit which is more than what I'm paying for one of my units. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR THINGS, because they will hold your stuff hostage even if they made a mistake. Awful!!
