I've been taking my vehicle's to Roland for the past 4 year's and they've been great but just recently i took my truck up there for the Harmonic balancer bolts and they did a great job but after a day of driving I noticed it was leaking coolant and my belt was screaming so I took it back in to have it checked out and found out the water pump was causing the leak they replaced the water pump then I get it back and the belt is screaming even more than it did the first time read more

CHAPTER 2 This is an update for the incomplete review posted on 12/04/25. It has come to light after step 2, that Roland Tires did not attempt to deceive me regarding a needed rear brake job. I visited the store with the owner [Mark Roland and his service manager this morning to compare the rear brake pads with the remaining life according to the Lou Sabb Honda. Upon removing the wheels a visual review promptly revealed that the drive side rear brakes had approximately 1MM of life remaining, as was originally repprted. At Honda on 12/04 I was told and given fresh paper work reporting that there was 6MM of pad life left in both back wheels [2 inside and 2 outside pads] The visual inspection today disputes that and I have photos to substantiate it. A visit with Honda is scheduled for 12/11 to inquire why false reports was given twice! They send me out on the road with dangerously worn rear brakes TWICE! Bottom line, I am asking that the original complaint I authored on this site be ignored since it was incorrect in the final analysis. I further request that my advisement of Roland's doubtful trustworthiness be ignored. I was wrong, and I am looking into the trustworthiness of Lou Sabb Honda NOW! Yelp defines two stars as "could've been better." That's about right, though this could've been a one star. I needed to carry in two wheels/tires short-notice and my usual vendor didn't have the size I needed in stock. I was expecting a much friendlier, hometown atmosphere and treatment from a local establishment. When I called to ask about specifics for my car, the woman who answered was a bit rude and unhelpful. The man who finally talked to me on the phone was condescending (I've installed engines, transmissions, plugged and replaced tires on wheels...blah, blah, blah, but he stereo-typed me based on my cars and address) and questioned what and why I wanted the specific tires. The Service Tech was very friendly and professional, hence the two stars. I doubt I'll go back as I've had far better service from Discount Tire (my usual vendor). read more

Came to get an oil change. They told me it would be 1-1.5 hours. That was fine. I ran some errands and got some lunch. Came back and they hadn't touched my truck. Dropped it off at 11 and didn't get it until 2:30. Way too long to wait for a simple oil change. Supposedly some people were out but you'd think they me know that when they told me 1 hour. The guys are honest and do a solid job on wheels and tires. Great waiting area which was clean and well kept.

Wish they would show that they care for the health of their customers and wear masks, at least at the front desk. I wore one, and so did other customers. But not the staff. Sad. Otherwise, friendliness and customer service was good. read more

My car had four flat tires and one year and no one could figure out what was going on. It was actually this Roland Tire location that found a crack in my wheel that was responsible. They were very courteous and gave me options to fix or replace the wheel. I thought they did a great job. I will definitely use them in the future for tires brakes oil changes and other car services. They are doing the best they can and I appreciate that. There's a little restaurant next-door you can go and grab yourself a bite to eat while they work on your car so works for me. You can also walk over to the antique store and keep yourself busy for a while. read more

I would say we had terrible customer service, except after the long wait, we finally left. So technically we had NO customer service. It didn't help that a wrecker nearly unloaded a Jeep on top of our Ram 2500 in the parking lot and no one seemed concerned. Roland Tire was recommended to me by a family member. I waited for 2.5 hours on 12/27/18 and my car was never even looked at. I understand being busy but it would be great if they told a customer it was going to be a LONG wait. I had no way to judge how long the wait might be. I understand if they were short-handed due to the holidays but again let the customer know that. The building is nice and it was great they offered snacks as I definitely needed something to eat and drink with that kind of wait. The waiting area was chilly. I arrived at 1:15 and left at 3:45. If my car had ever gotten looked at, maybe they would have had time to put new brakes on, do an alignment, and any other work it needed. Though I would probably have been there 4 hours or more. I will not be back. I rated their service, or lack of service, on their website and never heard back from them. read more

Spoke with Fin on the phone from Florida and got an out the door quote for an Exact lawn mower with an exact motor size as well as mowing deck that was approved by Steve. Got to Jasper they did not have the mower I was quoted. So I gave a little and changed the deck size I wanted and Fin still was saying one price and we got to the register and again he lied and is trying to tell me it's going to cost more than what he just told me outside looking at the mowers. I had literally cash money in hand and he even saw I did and never would hold up to his word. Not a trust worthy place to go. Definitely don't drive a distance to buy from them because they will try to get more money from you than you are promised out the door. read more

I have been a loyal customer up until last Friday when I sent my farm Foreman bye to you have them put air in my small camper to go out of town and they kept him there for over an hour and a half and never touched my camper.
