Two gentlemen came, checked my car (it didnt test hit), took it to the shop, repaired it (a sensor on the coolant system), and had me back on the highway 2-1/2 hrs from the time I pulled off the highway - AND, less than $200 If you have to have a car issue on the highway, that's a win!

We can take care of you." How great! We had gotten a quote from Firestone for over $400 but when the repair was done it was literally a fraction of Firestone's quote. Plus, they fixed a burned out bulb on my headlights, cleared the computer codes on the car and let me know I had a nail in the tire (I got this fixed at Robertson Tire for $20 on Mike's suggestion). After my initial stress and panic I finally called Redferns. Chris answered and got to me within 25 minutes. Intially this was a mobile service and when he got there, he then told me he had to get his tow truck and take it back to his shop. He got it back there with no additional cost. It had to stay iver night because it was late. However, today he called me around noon said he found the initial issue and fixed that too. Gave me a very humble and honest review of what needs attention to my vehicle after having saved me in this stressful circumstance. Thank you so much Chris! Truly an earth Angel. He even offered to help my mom out with her car too because she so who came to get me the first night. We are both so grateful to have met him and will continue to drive 30 minutes to jasper feom now on to have our cars serviced by him. He's very friendly and reliable !

Right when they opened at 7:00 am Jared R got the process going and Roger B had my new tire ready super fast, we were back on the road around 7:25! Me and my family are so appreciative of Jared/Roger and the team for taking care of us so quickly, especially since I could tell they were already in for a busy Saturday with the amount of customers already showing up.

Came here for a simple tire change on my moms wheels. Just 4 wheels. Wouldn't have thought it would…read moretake too long. We dropped it off at 4:10 and left to run a few errands, I called at 5:05 and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. They haven't even started on it because they couldn't find the key for the lugnuts and bolts on the tire. They waited 55 minutes doing nothing on the car, while the key was in the back in an obvious place where most are found. Got to walmart at 6:00 waited for a while when I saw the workers doing more work on a car that just came in than on my moms I called to check at 6:32 and they said that it would be another 15 minutes. All in all it took over 2 & a half hours and I am still waiting now at 6:43. Not a very good place to go. I spend my whole day waiting on them so my plans were ruined. They have no explanation for this either.

I was unable to find a tow, and even if I had, I couldn't find a shop with the staff available to even look at my truck.
