Oil changes are first come first serve therefore always ask how long it's going to be in how many people are ahead of you they are very honest about the wait time and very accurate as well. Just ask before you take your seat . They are located on top of the hill. They have a large parking lot that you can walk around and there's a bench to sit and wait outside. There indoor waiting area is very limited. I suggest bringing your own water, thermos a coffee and snacks because once you're in line waiting for that oil change there is no turning back . Their service is fantastic. They are honest and single woman friendly, they don't try to rip you off. Their prices are fair and you can watch the work being done on your car as they do it, so nothing is hidden. The only reason for the four instead of five star review, it's because of the indoor waiting area is very small and they sometimes run out of chairs.

They didn't call to ask about any other work that might be necessary on the truck, such as, thermostat, water pump or any other normal parts you may want to have replaced. A week later, the truck was over heating again. We had it towed back to them and they said it was probably the thermostat sticking. We asked why they didn't replace it and they said, because we didn't tell them to. Any mechanic worth their salt would almost insist on changing the thermostat, at least. I can't believe the service writer didn't even call and try to sell us a thermostat. Nope. They don't seem to really care about the customer. The work itself seems like it was done well, so I don't know if the mechanic made the suggestion to the service writer and the service writer dropped the ball or not. This is not good business. This is the kind of thing that gives mechanics and shops all over a bad name. Now the truck is leaking antifreeze from what is probably the water pump. I am extremely disappointed in this shop. The service writer also tried to put everything off on my son like it was his fault they didn't suggest any additional parts. Oh, and the service writer test drove the truck and said he couldn't make it recreate the issue. They even checked the radiator and couldn't tell that it was ¾ of a gallon low on antifreeze. I would stay away from this location.

They even continued to take customers after their closing time just to make sure everyone was taken care of. During the oil change, they performed a full courtesy check while I waited in the car, showed me my air filter, and explained the oil options without being pushy, and helped me decide the best option for me and my car. Some time after, I noticed a small oil drip. At that point, it was never even fully determined whether it was something they did or simply a failed seal on our end -- and honestly, it was probably a part failure. What happened next is what truly sets this company apart. Michael, the owner, personally called me and handled the situation with professionalism and integrity. Because the line wasn't entirely clear on whether the issue was a failed part or something related to the service, he took ownership of making it right. His focus was on standing behind the work, doing right by the customer, and building a long-term relationship -- not pointing fingers. They went way above and beyond. Kia is notorious for requiring OEM parts (aftermarket just won't work properly), so they had to track down a specific part. Michael and his team called multiple Kia dealerships, pulled strings, and somehow managed to get the part the same day, even though we were originally told it could take several days. That alone was impressive. They repaired the vehicle immediately -- and the next morning, Michael and his father personally delivered the car to my house. His father has over 40 years of experience working on vehicles and plays an active role in overseeing the work, which really shows. The two of them together are an impressive team. In conversation, I mentioned to Michael that part of my work involves helping businesses think through customer experience, and we talked about what it looks like to truly take care of people. The hardest time to do that is when it costs the business owner money. This repair did cost him money -- and he still did the right thing without hesitation.
