They ran a $100 diagnostic on it which they insisted was necessary to determine anything about my car. When the diagnostic didn't show anything wrong with the car, they scratched their heads, reset the computer and told me to drive it around for a while before I got another emissions test. Well, the check engine light came on, so I took it to a mechanic I trusted. I had used Alpha & Omega before and they did good work on my radiator for an honest price and in efficient time. This time they searched the emissions test failure code on the internet, took a five minute look over the car and told me my TPS sensor was malfunctioning. The part only cost $95, so it was less than the diagnostic from the other guys! The part was immediately ordered and my car was back on the road in about three hours!

I was there and a little old humpback lady with a Hyundai was there for an oil change. They charged her $150 some dollars for an oil change and two wiper blades. I was there about 3 hours and the little old lady was there ahead of me. Not only do they overcharge you; you need to take a book to read because there's no getting in, getting out quickly. I felt sorry for the little old lady, she complained about the price, but to no avail. I had a quote from one of their competitor across the street from them for $115 quote for work on a European car but they would not accept walk-ins, and wanted me to drop the car off the next day. It was my wife's car and she needed it back, so I went across the street to Accurate. They did the work and diagnostic and charged me more than double the price of the competitor across the street who works strictly on European cars. Their work is okay, but slow as hell and every customer that was there during my recent stay was vastly overcharged, including me. Lesson learned, they will never see me again

If I could give 6 stars, I would…read more I had a mobile dent repair guy attempt to fix scratches someone left on my new car on the bumper and grill and he used matte black (my car is gloss black) when he told me he had the correct paint color... He also broke the bumper clips that ended up being unsalvageable according to Bobby (owner of Platinum). He got overspray everywhere and broke parts that shouldn't have needed to be replaced. So an absolute waste of $500 on top of making the car look worse than it did before he touched it. I have been looking at getting it fixed for some time now and I came across Platinum Collision Repair and saw the great reviews and gave it a shot. When I arrived I saw a bunch of cars in the shop that looked pretty much brand new so I knew I was in probably in good hands. I was instantly greeted by the owner and I showed him the damage. He gave me a free quote within 3 mins of me being there. I took some time to see if I wanted to wait a few months or do it now but after seeing person after person come to drop off their car within 5 mins of me trying to make a decision in the parking lot, I felt that was all the convincing I needed, so I got him to go ahead and do it. I dropped the car off 7-25 (Saturday afternoon) and it was done 7-29(Wednesday morning). He told me Thursday just to be safe and I get a call on Wednesday morning at 9am that it's ready. That's including them ordering a new grill, new bumper and painting. They are closed Sundays and I brought it later in the afternoon on Saturday so really it only took them 3ish days to order the parts, do all the necessary repairs to other parts not being replaced, paint the car and they even washed it for me! These guys at Platinum killed it and the owner Bobby was seriously so helpful and did his best to get me right after getting screwed over and save me as much money as possible. He even buffed the overspray off my headlight for me and it looks like a brand new headlight now. The car now looks like how it looked when it came off the delivery truck a year ago. They did the job for so cheap too! Can't recommend them enough... so much so that my mom is asking me what's the address and telling me she doesn't care that it's over an hour and a half away from her after seeing the results lol.
