Went to this shop, the guy at the counter told me that he didn't know if he had a tire for my truck, he told me to drive my car around the back of the shop and they will assist me with getting a tire. When I drove around the back, there was no attendant there to assist, so I walked up to ask for help. As i asked for help the two white men continued to ignore me. I spoke up thinking maybe it was my low tone. The white guy (mechanic)asked what I needed standing 50ft away from me, I asked if he could come to me because I didn't want to scream across the room, while asking him something due to the noise in the shop. He proceeds to walk towards me as if he was coming to help then turns around and says I'm busy and walks away, ignoring me. The other employees looked at me and laughed, as if they really thought he did something. I walked to the front to advise the guy that initially told me to go to back of what happened, and he says "well it's time for lunch". I immediately left the shop with my tires shredded in pieces, and took my service down the street to Salgado tires, where they handled me with respect, care, took care of my tire In a timely manner!! I will never go back and do not recommend anyone to go to this shithole of a place. They have cars sitting outside that haven't been worked on in years. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

STAY AWAY!! Avoid at all cost! Short story…read more I bought some really expensive lights for my brand new Rubicon Hard Rock. Took it there to get installed along with a light bar. I spent over $1,000 just to install the lights. I paid lots of money for my jeep and wanted to get professional work. But honestly everyone can do a better job at their garage. They spent all day installing my lights and when I left it was dark. The next day I went to check it out, and I could see wires going over the motor and visible on the front grill. Very unprofessional! Drove back so they can hide the wires better. Few months later one of the headlights went out. And a check engine light came on. Keep in mind this is a BRAND NEW RUBICON! I took it to the dealership to see what the problem. The dealership informed that Elite when installing my lights tap in to my ALTERNATOR! Killing its life spend by half. On a brand new jeep. This time I went to a different shop and they took the pictures below. The new shop were in disbelief how bad of job Elite did. So they had to re wire all the lights again, so I paid for another installation. I wish I never had to deal with Elite again, but this past week, my windshield broke. So when I went to replace the light bar was in the way. So me and the glass guy spent 2 hours trying to get the screw of which the guys at Elite had damage so bad that stripped the entire screw and it won't come out. The dealership won't touch their bad job. By the way the bolts of the light bar are all rusted. So now I have to drive all the way back so they can undo their shitty job! I am actually thinking about filing a law suit if I don't hear back from the owner.
