This company is all about the money! Long wait times unless you buy 4 tires then you will pushed to the front of the line. It's all about how much you spend here and suck up to them in the office, that gets you in and out quick. Wheels are often left loose on cars and end up having to be towed back or they take the employees paycheck to buy the customer a new wheel. They put on a good show with their Christian music in the office but definitely the most hypocritical place I've ever been. If you are looking for a great tire shop check out Robinson tire in Calhoun, they treat their customers right and tire prices are a heck of a lot cheaper! read more

I stopped by Bert Brooks Tire one morning to get an estimate for tires on my truck. I told the gentleman what I was looking for and he printed a comparison of the two choices I was looking at. I chose the Michelin brand and he checked the inventory. They were out of stock but he said he could order them. I expected him to say they would be in the next day but that was not the case. He said they would be there by 2 pm later that same day. The tires were there when I arrived and two techs promptly replaced the tires on my truck. I'm very pleased and impressed. Oh yes, the code on the tires indicated that they were manufactured less than a month earlier. You can't find that at the big box stores or warehouse clubs. read more

Friendly fast service. Usually will match prices. Large staff to get you in and out asap. Parking is a little confusing with so many coming and going all at once. I find the best way to deal with it is to leave your vehicle at lunchtime and stroll 3-4 doors down to the Shrimp Boat for a meal. By the time you come back your cars good to go! read more

In Rome from out of state, Amos was able to quickly get my problem sorted out so I could get back on the road. In the time it took to have a nice walk to broad street, a slice at johnnys pizza, and a slow walk back, they test drove, confirmed the problem, called me with an update, got replacement tires that they didn't have in stock, installed them, and done. Brooks Tires was recommended to me, when I realised I had a screw stuck in my right front tire. I was in and out under 10 minutes, at a great price. I'm seriously impressed by these guys...great fast service, very friendly. Leaving the parking area on to the busy road can be a little tricky - though as soon as they saw I was having a little trouble, they came running and guided me out safely!
