As a direct result of these omissions, the newly installed tires have experienced premature, uneven wear and require complete replacement after only 7,000 miles. When I brought this issue to the shop's attention, the only resolution offered was a $30 discount on a new set of tires. This token gesture does not adequately address the premature failure of the product caused by the shop's failure to provide standard professional advisement at the time of installation.

I called the Ford dealer in Rome and their quote was $650 to replace both hoses. Called Mavis and told them NOT to work on it and I would get it towed to the Ford dealer. Found a towing company, and set up for it to be towed. So I called Mavis back and let them know someone would be picking it up at which time I was told that the tech already had one assembly removed and was putting in the new one, and that the charge would be $580 to replace one assembly. Told the person I had instructed them not to do the repair, but had to go ahead since it was almost done. Be careful with this location, because they will try to RIP you off. Mine would have been less than $45o to replace one assembly at Ford.
