As a direct result of these omissions, the newly installed tires have experienced premature, uneven wear and require complete replacement after only 7,000 miles. When I brought this issue to the shop's attention, the only resolution offered was a $30 discount on a new set of tires. This token gesture does not adequately address the premature failure of the product caused by the shop's failure to provide standard professional advisement at the time of installation.

The first time, I did the survey that they sent me and a "manager" called, I told him the posted price was wrong and all he did was apologize and say it shouldn't have happened. (I know it is only a dollar, but it is the principal. )The second time I went, I was in a crunch and needed to get my oil changed after working a long shift and prior to going out of town. I asked the clerk/MOD before I paid to give me my invoice(after they had already started on my car), but he just said we would print for it for you. I didn't get to see the break down of my cost because I would have told them to fix it before I paid. I told the MOD about it this time and the only thing he said was that the store manager knew about it. I had to ask for tire pressure to be checked each time I have been, even though it is stated on my receipt/invoice that it was done. They say that they cleaned the windshield and filled the washer fluid which was not done. I just believe that the business practices are not correct and it appears to be very misleading. I would just like for the correct prices to be posted. If you can't fix it in the computer, cover price on the sign with paper and post it correctly. I still wonder if they did put the full 6 quarts into my car.

During the oil change, they performed a full courtesy check while I waited in the car, showed me my air filter, and explained the oil options without being pushy, and helped me decide the best option for me and my car. They checked my tire pressure (even gave me new caps for the air valves that I've been missing forever!) and topped off my fluids. It's a 'well-oiled machine' here--pun intended! Had to go to a mechanic and have plate installed and torqued correctly. Drove back to Valvoline to retrieve the 4 bolts. This would not be a huge deal if it had not happened more than once now. Also, being a convertible, most covers beneath this type car are stressed bracing members. For the cost being close to a dealer one would expect a more professional result and service.
