They don't have the right prices listed for the extra quart of oil. This was my second time going to this location. The first time, I did the survey that they sent me and a "manager" called, I told him the posted price was wrong and all he did was apologize and say it shouldn't have happened. (I know it is only a dollar, but it is the principal. )The second time I went, I was in a crunch and needed to get my oil changed after working a long shift and prior to going out of town. I asked the clerk/MOD before I paid to give me my invoice(after they had already started on my car), but he just said we would print for it for you. I didn't get to see the break down of my cost because I would have told them to fix it before I paid. I told the MOD about it this time and the only thing he said was that the store manager knew about it. I had to ask for tire pressure to be checked each time I have been, even though it is stated on my receipt/invoice that it was done. They say that they cleaned the windshield and filled the washer fluid which was not done. I just believe that the business practices are not correct and it appears to be very misleading. I would just like for the correct prices to be posted. If you can't fix it in the computer, cover price on the sign with paper and post it correctly. Take (your care anywhere else but) 5. Oil dripping after the service damaged my driveway...they offered to clean it up but did not. I called and emailed and called and emailed. I had to do it myself. I went in for a basic oil change and was told I needed high-mileage premium oil. I later called to ask about the same make and model, and they confirmed it wasn't necessary. I ended up paying $100 instead of the $50-$60 a base oil change would cost. I am very dissatisfied and feel taken advantage of. worst location , employee lies about what type of oil my car needs, they just want to sell the expensive service, the beard guys i think is the manager is the rudest person i've ever met. He should be fired and they should bring someone else, there are lot of options to do my oil change around so if you do not change the attitude you'll run out of business.
