He calls and leaves a VM "regarding my appt," telling me to call and ask for him. So on my lunch break, I call and ask for him. He proceeds to say, "Oh, I didn't know you had an appt." Dude. That's literally the reason YOU CALLED ME. He then confirms the services I had requested during my online booking, and asks if I have "suspension issues." Yeah? That's literally why I'm making the freaking appt to check the car! He says I should bring it in so they can take a look. I'm like "Okay. Again, that's why I MADE AN APPOINTMENT." That's the entire plan, Charlie. So I get there and they take a look. I wait in the lobby. Charlie seems about as competent in person as he did over the phone. He comes over to tell me "the tires and brakes and rotors look new." That's because they are. Verdict: Could need an alignment (which I already have scheduled elsewhere), could need shocks/structs, or the tires could need balancing. Cool, so I left knowing no more than when I brought it in. And, on top of the complete waste of time and incompetence, Charlie proceeds to get in my car (why I don't know) and roll the front windows up. I had all of them down on purpose. Clearly he has issues working stuff, because somehow he managed to change my MPH to km/h. I'm honestly kinda pissed and had to Google how to change it back. What the fuck was he doing in my car and why was he touching all the damn settings?! I will never go to this place if it is the last option in town. HORRIBLE!​​

Was told the hood latch cables and hood latches all had to be replaced. Estimated parts and labor was over $500. ACTUAL REMEDY: replaced the one cable that Rudy's broke for $10 and put WD40 on the latches. FURTHERMORE, the one reason I took the vehicle in was to have a bypass module installed to override the air ride fault. The air ride FAULT LIGHT is still on. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!
