When I reached out to Mike on early Sunday afternoon, he let me know that he would be available and within a very short window considering my last minute need. Mike arrived on time and had all the tools to move the project car which was kind of tricky as it was sitting on jacks in my garage (I did not have a jack) and the car had a couple flat tires. I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received and if ever need a tow again, I will caul Big J's for sure. I will also highly recommend them to others.
