I called tow company to come get me because I was stuck. They came out got stuck themselves. Someone helped them out and then they just left. Did not communicate with me if they were sending someone else or what they could do that is so unprofessional and irresponsible as a customer, I expected them to assist me and they just left me. Do not use these clowns. my parents and kids were involved in a collision on Hwy 138 in Conyers. The tow guy tells my dad its $200 to tow the truck 1.4 miles to their home which is robbery but in a time of crisis, it is what it is. BUT here's the kicker.... they only accept cash as a payment since the office is closed. so at 3:30pm on a Saturday, nobody can run a card. they will gladly accept your cash though. when I ask him if i can zelle the money or cash app the money, the old dude gets smart and says "tow trucks don't take zelle." well shit apparently they don't take card either... needless to say they left my family on the side of the road in pouring rain after a collision too have to find another tow company that charged them $80... and they took a card... go figure read more

If I can leave 0 stars...I'm not one to use the racist card...but omg. Racist as all get out. No matter how kind I was...the guy was obnoxiously rude and continued to mumble things under his breath. Even to say "everybody's got a lawyer" and "everybody wants to argue" only after he was upset they THEY locked my key in the car. Hence my registration is in the car that I could not show him. They are not BBB accredited, first red flag. Next, they quoted us one price over the phone and said they only took cash (second red flag) and then when inquiring about their price list for services, Ms. Groseman in the front office tried to requote a different price after she over quoted us ($630) and then offered to lower it to ($450) and then said that the price it should have been was ($575). We did not choose this place. Our car ended up here but I would NEVER choose to do business with such a shady person. I can't believe Rockdale Police does business with them - shameful! read more

They are thieves! They towed my daughters car from the side of the road. It was drivable. They had it for 1 night. The bill for towing was $565. My husband reminded them that they are governed by the state and the final bill was $175. They are CROOKS! I'm not sure if it is price gouging with the pandemic or the are just this dishonest! read more

Antonio was absolutely amazing! He not only took care of my car, he also took care of me. First thing he did was offer me ice cold water and made sure I was ok. When we got back to my house, he took the time to place my car back into my garage so that I wouldn't have to push it in myself. My favorite part of everything though was when he let my 3 year old daughter play with the bed controls. He made sure it was safe first but then let her have at it! She cannot stop talking about it. Stranded on I20. When they say driver is close, they are LYING just to get your business. After almost 3hrs, I called someone else and they were there in 20min. Ridiculous!! I understand being busy and that's great but don't flat lie about it. 30 min wait turns out to be 3 1/2 and they still never show up. read more

I had an accident on the morning of 4/30/2022. The sheriff's office did not give me time to make my own arrangements for tow. The county has contracts with 4 tow company's. TNT apparently made it on scene first. The guy told me it would cost around $350 to tow to the Courtesy Ford dealership. I thought it was excessive, but in a time of crisis, it it is what it is. The tow driver told me they do not take the card, only cash. He drove me to the local Walmart, which is on the way to the location where my car was being taken. He drops me and the car off, but does not give me a receipt. On the following Monday, I contact TNT to get a copy of the receipt. The receipt, which I never signed but has a signature states the tow was $200. I question the guy in the office who informs me that the tow guy would not be in until 5/3/2022. I show up at the office that morning. The guy lies about the entire situation. He pocketed the additional $150 and only turned in the $200 fee. The management sides with him of course. I contacted the Rockdale County Sheriff's office to suggest they stop using TNT Towing. The drivers are ripping people off. If given the choice, do not use TNT Towing...crooks! read more

I was not a customer per say, but I witnessed how the tow truck drivers tow the vehicles. While I was driving on the highway, going well over the speed limit I might add, one of their tow trucks pulled up behind me and turned it's brights on. I couldn't get over as we were on a busy highway leading toward Atlanta. Plus, the speed limit reduced to 65. I reduced to 65 as well because, by now, the truck could have passed me but insisted on riding my tail with its brights on. I eventually need to get over. The tow truck crosses THREE lanes of traffic to get in front of me and slam on the breaks. As I continue to drive, the truck continues to cut me off and speed 85 in a 65 to get in front of me. They kept trying to do this to keep me from seeing the name of their company on their truck. They backed off after I saw the side of the truck. All this happened while they were towing someones vehicle. I called the company as it was happening and they said they couldn't do anything and I should call tomorrow but I decided not to bother. The license plate number of their tow truck that did all this was WOW150. read more

Just wanted to give a shout out to the people at tnt towing. I was in Georgia thurday night Friday morning mach 8th at 1:00 am. With three kids myself my truck and trailer full of ATVs and dirt bikes. When my truck quit running. I looked up and called thes guys and within 30 mins they were on location to help me get everything off the road and to a motel for the night. They were nothing short of polite and very professional. I see plenty of bad reviews as i am a towing service owner of 20 years and these guys don't deserve the bad reviews on this page. Thank you to you and your drive for everything you did for me and my boys that night. I would highly recommend these guys if your ever in the area and need help. Remember as towers not everything gies as expected and all we can do is try to help get things moving in the right direction and your probably not the only person there needing help. After an accident in the middle of the night, TNT Towing was called by police, and once the tow truck driver declared the vehicle unable to be driven, the tow truck driver asked for a cash payment of hundreds of dollars before towing the car to the TNT lot. He claimed $150 was needed because the police called for the tow and that another $135 was needed for him to tow it to the lot. Even after explaining the illogical ask of either having hundreds of dollars in cash in your wallet in the middle of the night and the senseless ask of going to an ATM to get the cash with a vehicle that cannot be driven, the driver was persistent about the need to receive cash before towing. This was not only illogical but felt incredibly insensitive and unethical at the scene of an accident. Only after being told multiple times that it was impossible to get cash for him at that moment, did he state he would just tow it to the lot and insurance could pay for it. Because of the way this incident was handled, I strongly recommend not using this company if you need a tow. read more

Wow... that's about all I can say. The woman who works in the office was one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have even dealt with. I can only assume she's Mrs. TNT because surely the owner wouldn't pay an employee to be so disrespectful. What was already a stressful situation was made much worse by her attitude.
