I called Metro City Towing when my car broke and had to be towed. The dispatcher was very kind and made the difficult situation easier. He gave me the timeframe the drivers would arrive, the driver called me before they arrive. I gave the address of the shop I wanted the car to be towed to when I called, however the google map was showing the wrong location and the driver already realized that the address of the shop might be wrong so he double checked with me about the location before towing. I gave the key to the driver and asked to drop it in the box of the repair shop. He called me when he finished his job and exact location he placed the car. Everything was so smooth and easy. Called Metro City for a tow and had a wonderful experience. Will definitely use them again. The dispatcher was polite and informative, she answered all my questions regarding time frames and price. The driver arrived a few minutes earlier than promised. The driver was exceptional. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job taking care of me and my vehicle. He was towing my wife's vehicle which is a high end luxury SUV. His tow truck is a nice roll back wrecker designed for the job. The wrecker is kept in immaculate condition. I notice small things. When the driver opened up his cargo boxes to put his hoodie away I could not believe how neat all of the items were stored. While this did not have a direct result on how my car was towed, it gave me confidence that my vehicle would be treated with excellent care and it was. I needed to ride with the driver to take my car to the shop and I can tell you he is dedicated to helping people and enjoys what he does. Quick & friendly service that was easily scheduled and very professional. I couldn't be at the location and the driver towed my vehicle to my requested drop off with a phone payment to the dispatch. I was nervous at first (providing payment info without being present) but all turned out great! The driver placed my vehicle where I requested carefully and professionally. I requested service from Metro City Towing thru my roadside assistance company. The driver called when he was 5 minutes away and a co-worker and I met him in the parking lot of my office building. He pulled into the lot and we waved him over. He pulled over to us, did not get out of the truck, hesitated less than 30 seconds and then turned around and sped off. So I called the company directly and spoke to the dispatcher. Extremely rude, she informed me that the driver said I didn't engage him at all and that he had no idea which car he was to pick up, that he was very busy and so he left. I told her that he pulled right up but didn't even get out of the truck and she just kept talking over me and telling me that her driver would not lie and that I should quit talking and engage him. So I told her to just send him back and hung up. She called me back and said "didn't your mother ever tell you that it's rude to hang up on someone?" I told her "didn't your boss ever teach you good customer service skills?" So then she hung up on me. the drive returned and loaded up my car, then made a snarky comment about being able to continue my conversation and was about to drive away. I had to ask him for the invoice to sign. Even though they were extremely busy there's just no excuse to treat a customer that way. I will never recommend them to anyone. Just to clarify, there are many different numbers and locations for Metro City Towing listed in or near Roswell, GA. But this location IS the number that I called.
