They charged us $100 to tow our car literally less than a mile, which is a rip off. During the tow they damaged our luxury suv with air ride suspension by not using the wheel straps, they used chains. They obviously didnt know that you dont do that with a air ride suspension, you use wheel straps. I tried meeting with one of the owners and he was very unprofessional. Even when I showed him the pictures and the proof that they chained the vehicle causing the damage he refused to help repair it. Don't use or trust them they will screw you over and then will not take accountability for their wrong doing!

I live in Woodstock and was 5 miles from my house but had to call 5 tow services before getting help. From start to finish the whole experience was simple and straightforward. The driver was good at…read morehis job and was very polite and professional. He had to strategically maneuver his vehicle around several other cars to get the truck where I needed it, and then he managed to get unloaded and back down the driveway without even messing up the yard. All in a matter of maybe 20 minutes tops. 10/10 would absolutely recommend and this will be the first place I call if I ever need a tow service again!
