They charged us $100 to tow our car literally less than a mile, which is a rip off. During the tow they damaged our luxury suv with air ride suspension by not using the wheel straps, they used chains. They obviously didnt know that you dont do that with a air ride suspension, you use wheel straps. I tried meeting with one of the owners and he was very unprofessional. Even when I showed him the pictures and the proof that they chained the vehicle causing the damage he refused to help repair it. Don't use or trust them they will screw you over and then will not take accountability for their wrong doing!

Negative Stars should be an option. State Farm dispatched Tick Tock Towing for my roadside…read moreassistance needs. The request was put in at 8:45. The car was in the South Forsyth Alpharetta area and was being delivered to North Forsyth. We finally got our car at almost 1:00 AM. The driver backs into the wrong driveway next door with all kinds of lights and sounds even though I gave specific directions to leave the car next to the white Honda Civic. (There was no Honda Civic next door). I ran out to tell him he was in the wrong location. He then comes to our driveway and literally pulls up in the grass of the guy across the street leaving trench marks. Then he tells me that he is going to have to "shake" the car off the truck since the vehicle is hung in park. He told me that was the only choice he had because he was supposed to get off at midnight and needed to go. The entire process was a nightmare! (We are from Cumming. Not sure why it says California!)

I live in Woodstock and was 5 miles from my house but had to call 5 tow services before getting help. While no one else had anyone till 8 am Ingrams sent out Trace to pick me and my car up and he was very friendly, profesional, and most of all FAST. I was picked up 35 min. I cannot say how wonderful this company is and they were really affordable as well.
