I can't say enough about Alonzo and the service he provided us last night. After waiting for over 3 hours for towing services following an accident and our "towing job" being accepted and denied by 3 different towing companies during that time, we got frustrated and reached out to Alonzo who was located in our city. He said he could be at our location in 20 minutes and it took him 15! He quickly got to work and had my car towed to the body shop within 30 minutes. I'm grateful for his quick response and for the chats we had during the whole process. This was my first time needing a tow and while I hope it will be my last, I will keep his name and number in my phone to call again should I need him or need to refer him to a friend. Unprofessional twerp answered the phone. Got mad and defensive, turned into a child and she blocked my number. They broke my drivetrain and are refusing to accept liability! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Travelers Roadside assistance called these folks on my behalf to tow my vehicle. Driver calls me at 12:42pm, leaves at 12:49pm. Dispatcher proceeds to call me....literally yelling at me for not being there. Telling me "she doesn't care....she'll take her insurance payment and move on". She proceeded to go off, unprovoked for 4min more before hanging up on me. Thankfully the Farmers agent was listening and recording the whole thing. He was mortified and is filing a report along with the call recording to get this firm removed from "road side assistance. Reading the Yelp reviews, my experience does not seem to be an unusual. Progressive roadside sent out a service order for me since i ran out of gas during the shortage. This company accepted and called me to say they were gonna charge me $150 to bring me gas. I advised them that Progressive is already paying. He said if you want gas, you will pay me $150 for the gas. Another provider H.E.L.P. Roadside took care of me. I HIGHLY recommend H.E.L.P. This was the worst service I've ever had. My insurance called them to tow my car, they showed up over 2 hours after I'd requested it, took the car to the wrong location. When I told them the right location which was about a mile away from where they went, a lady come on the phone and starts yelling and cussing. She threatened to take my car to an impound lot if I didn't pay $40 because her driver had to wait. They refused to release my car, she hung up on me multiple times and was all around horrific. I was connected to MA Towing through my insurance company for roadside assistance. The dispatcher was extremely rude throughout the entire process - and hung up on me during our second interaction when I politely asked that he change his tone and lower his voice. The only bright spot in the transaction was the driver, who was polite and helpful - when he answered the phone. I am not usually one to post my complaints publicly, but this service was well below the bar I expect when paying for a service. After reading a number of other negative reviews, I am confused as to how they even remain in business. read more

Very bad customer service. I called to request a service and the lady who answered the call was very rude, she hung up the phone twice and didn't even let me talk. I intend to physically go to the shop since its 5 minutes from my house and talk to her boss or supervisor. She will be the death of their business and should not be working at a company that involves customer relations. I wish there was a Zero star option. read more

Person answered the phone without a greeting other than "Hello?" and sounded like they were on a cell phone driving a car full of kids. When I asked for a winch-out for my parents, they put me on hold and after about 3 minutes came back and told me that they were unable since their only truck was out of the area. As I was asking if they could reccomend another company, they hung up on me (or the cell phone coincidentally disconnected). read more

They are great. The driver was so nice. I called State Farm roadside assistance and was concerned about who they would send it how long it would take. They were prompt, friendly and quickly assessed my issue and I was in my way. I'd been told I needed a starter, but turned out it was just the battery.
