Her words exactly! I must give a shout out and a hearty thank you to a business in Duluth, GA - Taylor's Collision. I bought my now 8 year old Lexus RX350 4 years ago, but over time, the paint on part of one of the doors had faded. Compared to the rest of the car it was really noticeable. My great mechanic, Peter Merriam, recommended Taylor's and yesterday afternoon I had some time before my afternoon lessons so headed over there. The young part owner looked at the door, asked me to drive over to one of the garages and began working on it. I left about an hour later with the door cleaned, repaired, buffed, waxed, even a scratch/smudge removed on another door, and a full car wash. The door now looks like the rest of the car! Granted, this is not a permanent fix, but should at least last another four years. Not only that, I had the most pleasant conversations with the owner and the newly hired employee who washed my car. What was I charged? NADA! I will be picking up a large order of bagels for them today as a small way of saying thanks. Should y'all need any body work done on your vehicles, I hope you will consider Taylor's Collision in Duluth, GA.

Preston kept me updated throughout the entire process and even sent me video messages each day, showing the progress and explaining the work being done to my car. I really appreciated that level of transparency and attention to detail. The workmanship and quality of the products were top-notch, and they did everything they said they would. Even more impressive, there was a section of the PPF that didn't meet their own standards, so they redid it at no additional cost. That says a lot about the pride they take in their work and their commitment to standing behind their products. The shop itself also made a great impression. It was brightly lit, clean, spacious, and professional. Highly recommended! I would absolutely use EZ Auto Spa again and would have no hesitation sending friends and family their way.
