Outstanding service! They responded incredibly fast and handled a very challenging tow with skill and professionalism. Pricing was more than fair, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend--truly a great company. This is the only tow company we will be using in the future.

Hung at Rainbow Towing is by far the best in the business. Upon first contact he was very responsive and arrived early to provide the most impossible tow EVER! Car was trapped over 300ft down a muddy hill after sliding backward. A previous tow truck simply gave up after totally tearing up all of the turf and not having a chain long enough to pull the car out. Hung showed up assessed the situation and went back to get the necessary straps and tools to do the job. We worked together like a team to finally free the car from the muddy mess and I couldn't be happier. He charged a fair price and that is rare nowadays. Great guy, would totally recommend.

He was able to load and unload my lowered car without damaging the undercarriage.

Fantastic service! We originally called AAA and requested a flatbed tow truck due to the requirements of my car that needed to be towed. The AAA contractor tried to convince me that his non-flatbed dolly tow truck would work. AAA was extremely dishonest so I cancelled the request. I called Rainbow towing and was provided a time estimate. Afterwards, he called back asking if he could arrive earlier. Most tow companies would do the opposite and keep moving the time later but not Rainbow. The gentleman arrived onsite and was very careful with my car. Once he dropped the car off at the destination, he even provided air for me to pump my tires up and helped us get it in the garage. Rainbow towing is the most honest and friendly towing service that I have ever experienced. If you have a low sports car or just want someone to treat you right, give Rainbow a call.

Hung was very knowledgeable and required that he utilize the OEM tow hook. He also used straps vs chains to avoid scratching the wheels. Overall, you can tell he cares about the tow to ensure a seamless tow. He also then took a picture of the drop off, which was absolutely going above and beyond.

On the way home from running some errands, my car's engine lost a good bit of acceleration and power and the car would shake and sputter at stops. The engine felt and sounded like it was misfiring. I needed a tow truck, quick. I made it home and searched Yelp for a towing company. Rainbow Towing popped up as the No. 1 result near me (Midtown Atlanta). I called around 1pm on a Saturday. The owner, Hung Nguyen, answered my phone call almost immediately. I texted him my location and the location of where I wanted him to drop off my car (my mechanic's shop in East Cobb). At 15 miles from Midtown to Marietta, he quoted me $100 cash. He said he could meet me in an hour. In 2014, I paid $82 via credit card through my auto insurance company to Midtown Towing to have my car towed from Sandy Springs to Marietta. The distance was about the same: 15 miles. Knowing this information from past experience, I called one other tow truck company, Marietta Wrecker Service (I found them via Google search), and did a quick price comparison. Marietta Wrecker Service quoted me a higher price than Rainbow Towing. I texted Hung to confirm I wanted my car towed by Rainbow. In hindsight, maybe I should have tried calling my auto insurance company (now different from the company I used in 2014) to see what they could've set me up with. Time was of the essence, however, as I had places to be later in the day. Plus, I wanted to see what all the five-star Yelp reviews were about. Hung was prompt. He couldn't access my car because I had it parked inside a deck. I had to drive it out to his truck. He has a flatbed. Hung took great care of my car, both in loading and unloading it from his truck. I rode with him to my mechanic's shop in Marietta. He works by himself and is based in Gwinnett County. He told me he answers his phone 24/7. Hung got my car towed safely and in a reasonable amount of time with minimal interruption to my day. He seems honest and reliable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him if you need a car towed in the Atlanta area. As far as my car went, all it needed was a new ignition coil pack.

Not only that, Mike went above and beyond for me. I located the correct replacement tire online at Walmart for one that had been popped on a pothole. When we got there he waited, without unloading car, to make sure they had the tire in stock... which they did not... they told me their online system was incorrect. Not only that, they couldn't touch a Tesla anyhow so I couldn't even have the car dropped off and the tire ordered to be installed at a later time. I had to go somewhere else. We located the tire in stock at Pep Boys across town and Mike took me there despite having another tow to pick up nearby. He didn't want me to be SOL. Once at Pep Boys he confirmed himself with the guy at the counter that the tire was in stock and they could get me back on the road that day. When I needed a receipt after the fact, he worked with me to write one up so I could work on getting reimbursed. Don't bother looking anywhere else, Mike is your guy. I'm so thankful my tow was with someone as nice and caring as him.

Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional and Abusive Treatment of Customers and Elderly…read moreIndividuals I am an Uber driver and am filing this formal complaint regarding an extremely disturbing interaction that occurred while I was assisting two elderly individuals at your facility III South Fulton located on Bucknell Rd. When I arrived at the gate, the young lady working there was already engaged in an argument with another customer. That customer requested to speak with a supervisor, and the young lady stated that she was the supervisor. Throughout the interaction, she was rude, condescending, and dismissive. I asked a simple question and received an answer. I then remained in place briefly because I was transporting two elderly individuals and wanted to determine whether they needed additional assistance before having them exit my vehicle in the heat. The situation escalated when a young man went to retrieve the elderly couple's vehicle. The young lady abruptly and rudely stated, "You're going to have to move your car." I calmly responded that I already understood that and was simply waiting to determine whether I needed to assist the elderly couple. At that point, she became visibly upset, mumbled under her breath, and proceeded to call me a "stupid bitch." This behavior was completely unprovoked, unprofessional, and unacceptable. When the gentleman returned, instead of helping de-escalate the situation, he joined her in antagonizing and disrespecting me, even after I repeatedly explained that I understood I would need to move my vehicle. What neither employee seemed capable of understanding was that two things could happen at the same time: I could move my vehicle and also ensure that two vulnerable elderly individuals were safely assisted. Both employees displayed explosive tempers, impatience, and an inability to communicate respectfully with customers. It was apparent from their interactions with both myself and the customer before me that they lacked the temperament and professionalism necessary to work in customer service. The customer who was there before me later discovered that the young lady was not actually a supervisor despite representing herself as one. Additionally, when asked for her name, she provided the name of the road where the company is located, "Bucknell," as her last name. This deceptive behavior gives the appearance that she intentionally provides false information to prevent customers from filing complaints. Even more concerning, two elderly individuals were left standing on gravel while using a walker and a cane. The elderly woman slipped on the gravel during this ordeal. The elderly woman suffers from early dementia and had forgotten about the vehicle payment. Her daughter had already paid all fees and has assumed responsibility for the payments. The daughter, who arranged the Uber transportation for her parents, was on yhe phone listening to the entire incident and also contacted your corporate office before this incident and spoke with Mandolin and Megan, who was identified as a manager. She explained the rude and unprofessional treatment, particularly toward elderly customers. Unfortunately, there appears to have been absolutely no effort to address or correct this behavior. To make matters worse, the elderly woman involved is retired law enforcement and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, as does every customer who enters your facility. No customer should ever be called derogatory names, subjected to aggressive behavior, deceived regarding employee identities, or witness elderly individuals being treated with such disregard and indifference. We expect a thorough investigation into this matter, appropriate corrective action, and a response addressing how your company intends to ensure that no other customer--especially elderly and vulnerable individuals--is subjected to this type of treatment again. We will continue pursuing this complaint until it is properly heard and resolved.
