I gave him a call and within 45 minutes, he showed up to take care of my car. Very professional and sweet. He made sure to give me all kinds of car tips like how to put my car in neutral if my car ever lost power again. He offered me a free lift to my final destination and turned my bad situation into a great experience. Mr. Nguyen arrived within 30 minutes of my call and then checked to see if I had a dead battery that he could jump or replace, so I wouldn't have to pay for a tow. Unfortunately, it wasn't the battery. When the mechanic I typically use was closed, Mr. Nguyen recommended another shop and didn't charge me anything additional, even though it was much further away than the shop I intended to use. After dropping off my car, he followed up a few hours later to see what the mechanics had determined to be the problem. Mr. Nguyen works for himself and it's clear he takes a lot of pride in what he does. He's fair, honest, helpful and concerned about your situation. I cannot speak highly enough of this man. My car would not start and was parallel parked on a busy Midtown street. I was nervous that we wouldn't be able to get it out because it wasn't a battery issue, so Mr. Nguyen suggested that he tap the starter while I tried to crank the car and it worked! The car started (barely) and he was able to get it up on the tow truck flawlessly. He called me as he delivered it to the shop and sent me a photo of my car parked at the shop.
