I can't imagine the in-shop experience could be any better, since this "door ding" repair was perfection.

I contacted Rhett from Atlanta Dings and after reviewing my photos he gave me a quote and set my appointment. Rhett was on-time, got right to work and was a total perfectionist (in a good way). While many think pulling a ding is a quick easy job, this is not always the case and getting to the ding is most of the battle. Rhett was masterful and worked the dent for a good two plus hours to make it look like it was never there. No need to go anywhere, Atlanta Dings comes to you. Pricing was better than I heard from shops that wanted me to bring it in and leave it all day. I need not look next time, I'll just call Rhett. I will totally use Atlanta Dings again and recommend without hesitation.

The technician was prompt, displayed confidence in his skill, and delivered as stated. The cost for my repair was an excellent price compared to other estimates. Others seemed to express the exact opposite of what my technician at Dent Vanish was saying. I'm glad I gave them a chance and I'm definitely not disappointed. Side note: I made a stop on the way home. When my rental ran out, he offered to drive me around while my vehicle was being worked on, which I appreciate a ton. They were extremely difficult to get ahold of and would sometimes take 3-4 days just to respond to an email. It took them almost 1.5 months to just let us shop around for a shop to repair. Our rear bumper was cracked, and after finally getting a response from the insurance company, they sent us a $1,000 check to cover the repairs. Unfortunately, after shopping around, I quickly realized that $1,000 wasn't nearly enough to get the job done properly. That's when I reached out to Roland Auto Collision. The owner was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy. James the owner and his crew also found that the frame was damaged also. He told me to simply bring the car in, provide the accident policy number, and they would handle the rest directly with the insurance company once the repairs were completed. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Roland Auto Collision took the stress out of both the repairs and dealing with the insurance company. They were professional, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. Roland Auto Collision is hands down the place to go if you need collision repairs or help dealing with insurance! I did a lot of research to repair a significant fender dent on my 74' 260Z and another large shopping cart dent on the rear door of my 10' Toyota Sequoia. I decided to move forward with them based on their years of experience in dent removal industry. Hayes was very prompt - he showed up exactly on time, performed the repairs flawlessly, and there is zero signs that there was previous damage on either car. Other places wanted to bondo and paint the panels, which would have been sloppy, costly and time consuming. I'm really happy that I chose dings for my repairs, and I plan to tell everyone I know about them!
