Hayes is pretty much a magician with his trunk of magic tricks, getting out dings and dents in tough to get places, and leaving you with a surface you will be surprised was even even dented. He's also straight up and honest. The hood on my new car goth hit on the highway by a rock or stone dropped off of a truck. Usually they just crack my windshield, but no, this time it hit the hood and created a trio of dents, and scratched all the way to the metal. He did exactly what he said, and got the dents out, and then applied my touch up paint. I may still opt to have the hood sprayed, but he made it look virtually undetectable. read more

In a world full of dishonest body shops and mechanics, I think it's important that we spread the word about the good guys whenever we can. I did a lot of research to repair a significant fender dent on my 74' 260Z and another large shopping cart dent on the rear door of my 10' Toyota Sequoia. I emailed Dings late on a Saturday night and Hayes immediately responded the next morning with a quote for both repairs after I emailed some pictures over. I decided to move forward with them based on their years of experience in dent removal industry. Hayes was very prompt - he showed up exactly on time, performed the repairs flawlessly, and there is zero signs that there was previous damage on either car. Other places wanted to bondo and paint the panels, which would have been sloppy, costly and time consuming. I'm really happy that I chose dings for my repairs, and I plan to tell everyone I know about them! read more

Atlanta Dings is the first service I've come across that takes into account that minor dings and dents are a part of life in a city like Atlanta. Their prices and convenience are a refreshing change to most body shops where the hassle and expense are VASTLY disproportionate to the damage. About three months ago, another car and I pulled out of adjacent spots at the same time and bumped fenders. The damage to both our cars was minor. We knew we were both equally to blame and that insurance claims would be way overkill. We shook hands and parted ways but I knew that I needed to get the bumper fixed at some point. Having had a similar experience two years ago, I was not thrilled to loose my car for a few days at a body shop. I was even less thrilled to pay several hundred dollars for a fix that most body specialists can do in thirty minutes. Ultimately, I did what most Atlantan's do...put off the repairs. Driving my normally pristine coupe around was like a badge of shame. I almost felt like I was a bad parent... "it's O.K. but daddy just can't stand the look at you." I have no clue where or when the idea popped into my head that there might be mobile specialists out there but when it happened it was like a giant times square billboard lite up saying "TO THE INTERNET!!!." Sure enough, Atlanta Dings was right at the top of search results. Score one for good SEO. Just for safety I sent the photo via both AD's website as well as a website of one other. Not only was Hayes the first to respond but his estimate was $350 less than the other bid. He was very upfront about what I should and should not expect for a repair and scheduled a time to come out to me. In all, it took 48 hours, $150 and my bumper is back to its original shape. The only reason I am giving them 4 instead of 5 stars is that I wish I had asked how much it would cost to re-surface the small seam that was left after the bumper was re-shaped. They gave me exactly what I asked for, though and with the money I saved, I'll probably go back to them to do a mobile detail package. read more

Atlanta Dings handled the pretty nasty dent in the back of my X6. It was a little expensive at $475, but Hayes really made it look like there was nothing ever there. Came downtown to my place early in the morning, had it handled by 11:30. Awesome photos taken of Hayes and his umbrella - banging away my dents. Recommended, nice guy with great techniques. read more

Although they weren't able to help, this company DID give me a referral. Sometimes, they will not do that even if you ask.

After owning for my new car for little over a year I finally got hit by the "ding monster." I was literally depressed for 2 days. After getting an estimate that seemed really high I found Hayes online and read his reviews. I met him, he was prompt and on time and worked his magic! Although my "ding" was in a tough spot (along a crease on my fender) Hayes gently worked on "my girl" and within 30 minutes it was like it never happened! And, the price was reasonable! I would highly recommend him! read more

Hayes is easy to work with and up front with the end result I can expect. The big dent on the fender is mostly gone unless you are looking for it from certain angle, or feel it with your hand. However I cannot give 5 stars. 1 star (or maybe 2) docked for putting many straight hairline scratches on unaffected surfaces of the fender by sliding the LED light base all over it. If he had picked it up and then put it down I don't think it would have caused those scratches. I used Meguiars Scratch X to remove some of those scratches on the curved part of the fender on the top , but haven't checked the vertical part of the fender for scratches yet. If you have a meticulously maintained paint job, this is something you may want to watch out for or ask him to be careful. Suggestion to Hayes, why can't that LED light be put on a photographer's light stand or a tripod and not be touching the car? read more

Atlanta Dings is a great family owned company of brothers. They are mobile and will come directly to your house. I had a great experience with them. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix my ding, due to its complexity, but they were super friendly, came out the same day that I called and the guy was very genuine and helpful and took the time to explain what was wrong with my ding and why I couldn't fix it. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a ding they need fixed!! read more

You won't believe how much mental anguish I've had over the numerous door dings that I've gotten over the last 5 years of diving my car. Hayes just left my office parking deck making me think he's a magician, because it looks like the dings were never there! Why didn't I find Hayes sooner? Hayes had great communication setting up the appointment, came to my office to do the repair and the rate was reasonable. Now I feel like I have a new car - can't wait to get it detailed to show it off! read more

Found Dings through online reviews and believe me you won't be disappointed. I contacted Hayes by email and sent him a couple of pictures showing the dings on my car and my wife's car. He quickly responded with a quote that seemed reasonable and fair. He worked around our schedule and completed the work on both cars in less than an hour. Hayes is a really nice guy who clearly excels in his craft. Both cars look as good as new. If you have been putting off getting a door ding or dented fender repaired because you think it will be a hassle, just contact Hayes. read more

Great result getting dent out of driver side door of my car for a great price compared to others. Hayes comes to where the car is to complete the work and is a real nice and honest guy. You can send him picture of your dent but I wanted him to see it so I drove to him first. The address is not where Ding's is located. You just have to call him to set up place to meet. Once he saw it, Hayes said he could do a real good job but there might be little crease where dent might be seen, but we can see no remnant of dent to our naked eye. Great experience overall. read more

I went to Hayes for a professional opinion, regarding a $295 minor dent repair job I'd just come from a few hours prior. The previous guy spent maybe 35 minutes doing, essentially, a 2-star job. These were 2 very small, very shallow dents on the driver's side rail on the top of my brand new Honda Crosstour - so, as you can imagine, I expected attention to detail. This guy's work may have passed for a lot of people, but for that price, I expected near perfect results. With the job being so minor, these were realistic results for me to have. When I arrived to let Hayes give it a look and his opinion on if it could be made any better, he was very honest with me about what to expect and also shocked that I'd had to pay so much for such a sub-par job. He told me there'd be no possible way for it to look brand new, but told me he may be able to make it less noticeable. 20 minutes later, these two spots looked infinitely better than it did when I arrived. To say I'm pleased is an understatement. If it helps anyone reading this review: I'm meticulously anal, to the point of being absolutely annoying for most anyone that has to encounter me on anything such as this. I will gladly pay for a job well-done. Hayes understood this and I appreciated his honesty and willingness to see that I was pleased. A++++++!!! read more

Hayes came by my home and repaired four door dings on my Honda, one pretty bad one on a wheel curve. Looks perfect now! He was on time, pleasant and professional. I recommend him without reservation. read more

Shane was amazing. I had a brand new $4,000 refrigerator delivered and installed and someone dented the door. Shane came out and fixed it and everything looks like new. THANK YOU!!! read more

Look for other options. The owner sent another guy, Ron, to repair my dented bumper cover. He really did not seem to know what he was doing and made the dent worse. He used an ice pick to poke holes in it. He never tried to reshape the dent from the inside. To make matters worse, he texted me later asking to come back and paint the dent! Like I want to pay even more to have the worsened dent painted? Maybe Hayes is good, I don't know but I would not let the other guy near my car again. read more

Great experience. Family owned business with trustworthy workers. They came out to my office and removed a ding from someone elses car door. Saved me a few hundred dollars over me taking it in to the body shop and didnt have to take it in. Highly recommend. read more

Hayes is truely a professional. I just bough my new car for a month and one day I found someone put a sharp door ding on my passenger side door. Then I started to find solutions online and that brought me to Hayes. Hayes is really friendly, professional, and helpful. He not only repaired the ding but also talked me through how he repairs it. The whole process took about 15 mins and Hayes charged me a very reasonable price. After the repairing, it is impossible to tell there was a ding on the door and my car looks brand new again. read more
