STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I rarely write negative reviews, but of all companies this one certainly deserves my time and attention to give us a review. Ade, the owner of this "business" is extremely unethical and dishonest. I had a deep scratch in the center of the hood of my car and also a smaller scratch on my left rare door, which he said the entire hood and the door will need to be repainted and quoted me $450 and $400. Instead, what I got was a touched up, scratch on both panels and clearcoat overspray that left the hood and the door looking even worse than with just the two scratches. So I questioned the quality of this paint job and he told me his technician can buff out the clearcoat defects if I bring the car back on the next business day, and asked for full payment of the job which was poorly done and incomplete. I refuse to give him full payment and instead paid him $500 and I came back the next business day to have his technician buff out the clearcoat defects. But after his technician attempted for over an hour to buff out the defects, he told me the entire hood needs to be repainted as that's the only way to fix it. Since I had no further confidence that this paint shop could actually do a quality job. I left and demanded my money back which Ade, the owner refused. So now I am stuck with a hood and a door that is in worst condition with clear coat defects and overspray on neighboring panels, which I now have to get fixed. Stay away from this business and go to a trustworthy, quality paint shop. read more

nicked the rear bumper on my car from backing out at a parking garage. Their quote for the fix was hundreds cheaper than others I asked on yelp. This is the second time i've used them and both times the results been solid, definitely recommend at least for some minor paint and panel fix ups at a good price and timely manner (dropped off on friday, picked up monday). Do note that they are now at 3036 northeast parkway. Seems like yelp and google maps are giving their old roswell location which they moved away from 2 months ago. read more

Decent work for a good price. Needed the front number of my 2017 Nissan Altima repaired after a small fender bender. Supposed to be done in one day (Saturday), but paint wasn't dry enough for pickup by end of day so had to wait until Sunday. There's a small paint drip but it's not noticeable unless you know it's there. Overall positive experienice Update: the clips on my bumper were broken as well which I didn't notice and Ade didn't mention anything about. Afterwards I noticed the bumper popping out due to the lack of clips and contacted Ade again. He offered to install the clips at no charge if I purchased them from Nissan. Sounds great! Except when I told him I got the clips and asked when I could come by, he blew me off, and has continued to do so for the last three weeks. I understand not wanting free labor to be inconvenient for a business, but I also expect a certain level of professionalism and alternative times suggested if my schedule isn't fitting with his. Also I've been noticing more faults in the paint job on the entire bumper, so again, you get what you pay for. Only come here if you want a cheap (yes his prices are unbeatable but also reflect the quality) fix and no future commitment from the body shop. read more

Highly recommend Ade with Devotion Mobile Auto Body Repair. My car had minor damage from backing into a trailer but it affected 3 panels. Ade was able to give me a quote after I texted him pictures of the damage. I got 2 other price quotes and his price was 1/3 the price of one and 1/2 the price of the other. The price was so much lower (saving me $1000-$2000!) than the competition that it made me concerned about the quality of the work, but I decided to give him a chance based on the other good reviews. It's a long story. They quoted me one price. Raised it after I dropped off my car. The repairs took many times longer for them to do than they promised. The original deal was to restore every panel. They didn't even TOUCH my roof but still charged me $200 for just my roof that they never touched. Said they wouldn't give my car back if I didn't give them $200 for the roof they didn't touch. I didn't even fight it cause I was sick of dealing with these people. After dropping off my car, they ignored calls and text looking for a status update. They main guy, the husband, I never heard his voice again after he negotiated his fake prices in the original quote. I dealt with his wife who was rude and combative. After I picked up my car, 15 minutes up the road on the highway, my check engine light came on. I called them and she was combative and said it's a coincidence and I should take it to a shop and get it checked out. Turns out, their unprofessional methods caused some sort of mysterious thin layer of shavings to not only coat the entire interior of my car, but very important sensors that don't like being covered up. The light went away after I washed the dust from the sensors. After all that, the parts of the car they did "repair" do not look great. The paint looks gritty and is rough to the touch. There are still dents on the panels they "fixed". My fender is missing screws and the wheel well is lopsided and touches my tire as I drive. That wasn't even an issue before I took it in. There is more to this. More reasons not to use these people.... Do not use this husband and wife combo. You will pay for it. read more

The Owner Ade is a gentleman and give great prices, I had work done on my vehicle at a great price. Ade Quoted me a price which was excellent, at the time of pick up the body guy named Modesto try to squeeze an extra hundred dollars out of me, Claiming that there was a lot of extra work done. I asked Modesto who the owner of the company was in his response was "Ade" I told the Modesto that he needed to discuss it with him. My wife drove me to pick my car up so I had Modesto look at a few spots on her vehicle, well what is surprise he totally price gouged me. The estimate was so out of lineI couldn't believe it, but I was polite and said thank you. The moral of the story is they do good work they give excellent prices just get the price from Ade in writing and u will be ok. read more

Run the other direction, DONOT take your car here. Owner is a crook. Performed work on a rear end collision. Was meek with insurance adjuster and did absolute substandard work. Parts not fitting after market bumper correctly, bumper is obviously after market part - looks cheap. Did not do other things such as alignment, etc. Check frame for being bent. Bed - liner looks like my 14 yr old sprayed it in - did not tape edges - totally unprofessional. read more

Took my CX-5 there to have a dent in liftgate fixed, scratch fixed and some dings taken out. Was told to bring the car in the Friday before Christmas, was told to come back the next afternoon for it. On that day, the car wasn't ready and told to come back the following day (Sunday). My son and I got there Sunday evening (Ade kept pushing back the time from Sunday am to 6 pm) and the worker was slamming the trunk multiple times, getting mad and throwing things around. The car wasn't finished. The car was also covered in grit (inside and out) from where the worker was sanding. Ade promised me that everything would be fixed if I came back the next morning (Christmas Eve). We left without the car. The next day, we picked up the car and paid Ade. The interior was coated with sand grit as well as the NEWLY PAINTED roof. The dent was fixed but the paintwork had bubbles in it, the side dents didn't look any better and the scratch wasn't fixed (which I paid $150 for separately). In addition, there was a new mark on the side (a NEWLY PAINTED door), the backup camera was broken ($80) also brand new - the guy snapped the wire off) and they lost the factory CX-5 letters on the back ($25). After going back and forth with Ade who kept promising that he would fix it, I told him that I wouldn't let them touch the car again. He promised to give me the $150 back for the scratch that wasn't touched. Mind you, I didn't ask for the money to fix the camera and the letters that were broken. Two months later, no check. Contacted him and he said he mailed it but provided no proof. I asked for another check which he said he would get back to me. He hasn't and has stopped answering my texts. I would stay far away from this shop as he hires poor workers, doesn't oversee their work and actually broke more things on the car than they fixed. read more

I have taken two cars to Devotion for paint repair. My 2020 Subaru had a small scratch that they repaired like new. Our 2015 Toyota had some significant scratches that occurred while it was being detailed. Hard to believe but the buffing rag must have had something on it and the scratches were significant. Devotion got them all out and the car paint looks like new. You can't tell where they were at all. I highly recommend their repair work at a fair price. And they are easy to deal with. read more

Would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Was told my car was ready for pick up, only to discover it still needed major work. Just took it back to have it buffed, the hood (that they fixed) would not pop open, and there was a big metal piece hanging from the bottom of the car that I pointed out to them to fix. They also didn't put the splash guard on my car like they initially said they would. Wasted almost 5 hours this afternoon to have them "buff it". Said they put a new latch on the hood but that was as good as they could do and would have to order the splash guard so i would have to come back a THIRD time. (After they have been told I live over 30 minutes away). When I explained my frustration, Ade (the owner) just continued to overtalked me and kept saying he did his best and wasn't "pulling one over on me." Jeremy (the one who did the work) starting cussing at us, accusing me of "changing my story", went in the bathroom took his shirt off and was acting like a ridiculous child basically. I was initially told that if I paid $2600 in cash the car would look like it did no problem at all. Since, I've had to put another $1000 in repairs and they STILL haven't finished my car, almost 4 weeks later. Unreal. Unprofessional. STAY AWAY from this so called sketchy business!!!!!!! read more
