Very reasonable prices at top quality work and quick responses, too…read more I scraped the bottom of my front bumper and wanted it have it repaired ASAP and I requested pricing from several local body shops. Alpharettas Finest was the quickest to answer and had the best pricing. So I turned to Yelp to check em out but found they only had 4 reviews. I hesitated before committing to Eric and his team. I decided to Google the firm and found more than 100 4.5 star reviews. I am glad I took it to Eric and the company did a great job. Highly recommend.

John identified dents I did not even know I had along with the ones that my eye could see. Exceptional very skillful work as John took an extraordinary amount of time to ensure the repairs were perfect on both cars. He used a variety of techniques with pulling with glue, tapping and smoothing the dents with his tools. I believe after witnessing his work, he may be one of the best in the world at this skill. Could not be more pleased. He also communicated immediately when I first called and followed up on his work to ensure I was pleased..

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!…read more I rarely write negative reviews, but of all companies this one certainly deserves my time and attention to give us a review. Ade, the owner of this "business" is extremely unethical and dishonest. I had a deep scratch in the center of the hood of my car and also a smaller scratch on my left rare door, which he said the entire hood and the door will need to be repainted and quoted me $450 and $400. Instead, what I got was a touched up, scratch on both panels and clearcoat overspray that left the hood and the door looking even worse than with just the two scratches. So I questioned the quality of this paint job and he told me his technician can buff out the clearcoat defects if I bring the car back on the next business day, and asked for full payment of the job which was poorly done and incomplete. I refuse to give him full payment and instead paid him $500 and I came back the next business day to have his technician buff out the clearcoat defects. But after his technician attempted for over an hour to buff out the defects, he told me the entire hood needs to be repainted as that's the only way to fix it. Since I had no further confidence that this paint shop could actually do a quality job. I left and demanded my money back which Ade, the owner refused. So now I am stuck with a hood and a door that is in worst condition with clear coat defects and overspray on neighboring panels, which I now have to get fixed. Stay away from this business and go to a trustworthy, quality paint shop.

A little annoying, but ok. As they are finishing the estimate (and I've been waiting there about 40 minutes) they let me know I cannot make an appointment since the person who hit me wants to self- pay. They will only make appointments for insurance pay. Keep in mind I put Self Pay when I made my initial appointment. Told me I should file with insurance anyways and just let my insurance go after the other persons insurance. (AKA I should be a bad person to support their bad business model) Never will consider them again. *Thank you for the reply.
