A collision shop quoted me $2,800 to repaint the whole front end, and another quoted $900 to repaint the hood. Both felt excessive for such a small blemish. I decided to look into paintless dent repair and found Premier Dent Removal. Russel quickly responded, explained my options clearly, and suggested dent removal with touch-up paint since I was aiming for something that would pass the "5-foot test." He got me scheduled quickly, and I brought the car to his shop. Russel was friendly, professional, and even matched the exact pearl paint instead of using a standard touch-up pen. About an hour later, the dent was completely gone. After the paint cured, the mark became nearly invisible--I actually have trouble finding it now. Highly recommend.

I had two dents--one on the liftgate and another door ding above the left rear wheel. When Troy finished, the SUV looked brand new. You would never know the dents had ever been there. From the very beginning, the entire experience was professional and hassle-free. I texted Troy photos of the damage, and he quickly let me know it could be repaired. We agreed on a price range, he confirmed the appointment, and even texted me about 15 minutes beforehand to let me know he was running just five minutes late. I really appreciate that level of communication and professionalism. The quality of the repair was absolutely flawless, and to top it off, the final price came in below the high end of the estimate I was given. If you're looking for paintless dent repair, I highly recommend Dent Transformation. Excellent workmanship, honest pricing, and outstanding customer service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!…read more I rarely write negative reviews, but of all companies this one certainly deserves my time and attention to give us a review. Ade, the owner of this "business" is extremely unethical and dishonest. I had a deep scratch in the center of the hood of my car and also a smaller scratch on my left rare door, which he said the entire hood and the door will need to be repainted and quoted me $450 and $400. Instead, what I got was a touched up, scratch on both panels and clearcoat overspray that left the hood and the door looking even worse than with just the two scratches. So I questioned the quality of this paint job and he told me his technician can buff out the clearcoat defects if I bring the car back on the next business day, and asked for full payment of the job which was poorly done and incomplete. I refuse to give him full payment and instead paid him $500 and I came back the next business day to have his technician buff out the clearcoat defects. But after his technician attempted for over an hour to buff out the defects, he told me the entire hood needs to be repainted as that's the only way to fix it. Since I had no further confidence that this paint shop could actually do a quality job. I left and demanded my money back which Ade, the owner refused. So now I am stuck with a hood and a door that is in worst condition with clear coat defects and overspray on neighboring panels, which I now have to get fixed. Stay away from this business and go to a trustworthy, quality paint shop.
