I would like to thank Mr. Dunn for an excellent job on my 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. I had a a freak incident at bank and my driver's door got stuck of the door, and there was very noticable dent. After contacting numerous places which did not do the dentless repair repair or or some other places, that did not do mobile repair. I also contacted some places that were going to charge quite a bit. I finally found Dingo's, and contacted them and to sent pictures of my dent to them, and to my surprise, Mr. Dunn called me back within a short time. I asked for a quote on a Saturday, and got an immediate response AND an appointment for the following Tuesday. Elijah is who came out to do the service, and he was a true professional; on time, and very meticulous about his work. Due to unfortunate accident with a piece of wood hitting the hood of my car I needed a paintless dent repair. I will say John made my incident as painless as possible. I texted him a few pictures of what need to be repaired, he texted me quote and the next morning he came out and fixed the dents in about hours time. Very satisfied with the repair, 2 spots I don't even know where they were and the third was along the crease of the hood with structure support underneath limiting access and John managed to make that one look great as well. After noticing a relatively deep dent in my car's rear quarter panel following a shopping trip, I reached out to Dingo's for a repair quote and quickly received an estimate and booked an appointment. 1st time using this type of service to repair a vehicle. John (I believe is the owner), was very patient, easy to deal with and provided a quote by text. I had asked about the service back in Dec. 2020. However, my schedule was unpredictable. Nevertheless, John would check back to see if I still needed the work on my van. Eventually I was able to set a date and time for his tech to come to my home to do the repairs. Elijah (the tech) was on time, courteous and did a great job! Was able to fix a small dent and make good a much larger dent to where it's barely noticeable. There's no question if the need ever arises (praying it doesn't), I would use their services again. Someone backed into my vintage 1969 Mercedes leaving a massive dent in the rear door. My SUV got caught in a hail storm and had 100's of dents. Some were large as the storm produced some baseball size hail. Amazing! I had high expectations of John's work but I honestly didn't believe it was possible to achieve the results on a dent bridged across both doors. Additionally my doors are aluminum.
