Their app is easy to use and they allow you to select one of their preferred shops or one to your liking. I chose this location as one of their preferred shops as they were close to home and had an available appointment in the morning. When I arrived the front desk receptionist informed of their process and I handed over my keys. They had enterprise onsite so I had no issues with pickup and drop off. The service advisor told me about the process, did a walk through with me around the car and answered and addressed my follow up questions. I did experience two issues when trying to pick up my vehicle. One time I was told the vehicle was done. When I called back to let them know I was on the way, they advised it would be ready the next day. The next day (Friday) I called to confirm the car was ready I was told it was. When I arrived I was told the part had just come in and they were putting it together then. So as you can imagine - I'm annoyed lol As for the service itself, the guys were really nice! But I was told initially that they would put it together, send to Mercedes to make sure the calibration was correct and would detail the car out. The advisor did tell me I can bring it back so I will update once I see them on Friday. However, I left unsatisfied. 2/9/24 update: They delivered as promised! They took their time and fixed everything so as I promised - I am giving them a 5 star review. Service adviser was great!

CR Auto Collision - Rear bumper fixed!!!

I want to preface this by saying that I rarely rarely write reviews. If I do it is because the…read moreservice/product is either awful or fantastic, nothing mediocre. Chico and the guys at CR Auto fall under the fantastic category and I highly recommend them for any issue with your car, mechanical or cosmetic. My USAA insurance agent recommended I use ABBRA to repair some front end damage to my 2008 Camry. The itemized list of repairs included some absolutely fraudulent work which added up to an amount that USAA felt was not worth repairing, declaring my vehicle a total loss. I was livid, I was only going around 15 mph when I rear ended this poor lady. This did not warrant almost $9,000 in parts and labor. So I picked out the simplest repair on the list so that I could ask the agent, who knew very little about cars, to explain the charges. They quoted me $55 to "repair" the 5 inch Toyota emblem on the front bumper. She told me that they remove the emblem (which snaps off in roughly 3 to 5 seconds but was billed for 30 minutes of labor at roughly $25 an hour) and send it off to get polished. TO GET POLISHED?!? The emblem had fallen off a few months earlier and I purchased a replacement from the dealership for around $20. Her reply to this was that this is something standard that they do on all vehicles. What a rip off and this was the simplest, most minor of the charges. It got a lot worse but I will spare you the details. Also let me say that I have worked on cars since I was 12 with my dad so I have a respectable knowledge of them. ABRA is a huge scam and I will never use them again. Totaling my car out was not acceptable so I went to the all knowing and powerful Google where I found Chico and CR Auto. I took my car to him and explained what happened. He informed me that that is how ABRA does business and that he has many people come to him with similar stories as mine. So I left my car with him and he dealt with the insurance company, I didn't lift a finger. I wasn't sure if they would accept his quote as they had already paid ABRA roughly $1,500 for the time they took to rack up BS repairs and for housing my car for four days. Well USAA approved the repairs and my car was ready 5 business days later. This was a huge relief as I was dreading having to shop for another car and was going to be given a significantly less amount of money then I had spent 7 months earlier when I purchased the vehicle. The repairs were perfect and you couldn't tell it had ever been in a wreck. The body work lined up perfectly and the paint was spot on even though it had been slightly lightened due to sun exposure. A week after getting my car back I was made aware of both tail lights being out. This is something everybody missed, probably due to the fact that all the damage was in the front. Chico told me to bring the car in anytime and he would take care of it. Due to a busy schedule and being overworked I didn't make it to him until a month or so later. This wasn't a problem and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes at no additional charge. A common fear among car owners is that your local car guy is going to rip you off and you will be clueless because most people do not know anything about cars. Rest assured that if you go to Chico you will receive an honest quote and quality work. I highly recommend them for any repairs you need and would also steer clear of ABRA. Also, if your deductible is substantial then Chico might be able to help you out and get it lowered but I don't know if this is the case with everybody. This shop is now my go to for anything I will hopefully never need in the future. Thanks Chico and the rest of the guys at CR Auto, job well done!

The Snellville location is not one that needs to remain open. It took three trips to get my car,…read moreand the first trip was blatant lack of care. I went to pick my car up the week of the 1st, after being there almost a month at that point. They had put pieces back on my car that were clearly broken, I could put my hand through the busted wheel well liner, the ground effects on the front were cracked on the bottom and the nose trim was broken and clearly visible. Some of the parts that were broken, I had to lay on the ground to see. They charged my insurance for the parts that were not replaced. The paint was orange peeled, rippled. I pointed this out the first trip and they did not touch it, removed the marker that circled it to show the issue. The last trip, yesterday to pick it up, the paint was repaired. There was a piece of trim pointed out on the second trip that was loose, they glued it to the lower ground effect trim, so it didn't move but was not "fixed". My auto dim on my car currently doesn't work, found that out this morning. The hood does not align correctly, but I'm tired of dealing with this location and will not use them again for any repairs and will tell people I know and my insurance company about this experience.

Her crass responses and overtalking is not good customer service etiquette and it demoralizes the integrity of the company to continue to staff her. I will never take any vehicle here despite the mixed reviews I've seen on line, I will refer to other collision repair companies, and I suggest people do the same. The customer service here was subpar. I took my vehicle here and the intake of my vehicle was not appropriately done, and now after 3 weeks of my car sitting while they figure out the insurance part, I've been charged erroneously, I've had a hard time with getting any manager or other supervisor to even care about this unless I call and ask for a higher up in management to intervene. The customer service and service expectation is lacking at this location. Ashley, an adjuster who works closely to customers, doesn't respond promptly and Chris the manager hasn't even called once about this matter, the only way I spoke to him was because I asked to speak to a manager. He's never followed up with me or checked in with a customer that is having difficulties within his front-line staff. Ridiculous. TO A SHORT END: After speaking in depths of my disappointment in service, Chris reached out to his GM and they made adjustments to an out of pocket amount, I already felt I shouldn't have had. No one from the company has reached out to get details so something like this does not get repeated.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!…read more Before and if you decide to leave your vehicle here...BEWARE. What you expect is not necessarily what you may receive. I dropped off vehicle Sunday 11/27 for service start of 11/28. In my experience...as told to me by owner/manager Jay service can be completed same day if vehicle dropped off early a.m....or worse case by the end of the week Friday 12/2....then it was possibly Tuesday 12/6 of the new week. What I learned is this shop was in the process of training a new individual to paint vehicles. That means there was a staffing shortage. That means owner/manager should have let me know that when he first became aware of his staffing issue. But he did not. I phoned him two times within the week of 11/27 because I saw that my vehicle was still in the same parking spot where I dropped it off on Sunday 11/27 and not being serviced in the time frame he indicated. And although he said he would call me to confirm when vehicle would be complete....he did not. When I phoned him, I learned that my vehicle was 5th in line to be serviced. The point here is that Jay sat on my vehicle for 6 days knowing he did not have adequate staffing to complete the paint job on my truck and others I'm sure. As a first time customer, he did not think enough of me to say "hey we are backlogged with our paint jobs." How do you want to proceed? Maybe I could have located another shop to do the job in those days I lost with him. Instead he said nothing. Maybe that's his way of doing business....maybe he did not want to lose a sale or maybe he has so much business that mine did not matter....either way, it was wrong how he handled the situation and now I understand why a previous review complained about this very same issue. Again....BEWARE.

Well....Kimberly White noticed the crack and it has just gotten bigger and bigger until it was all the way across the windshield. I had to do something. This is going to be a commercial! I saved a lot of money, time and hassle today because of a spam phone call this morning. I'm not kidding! So.....I get this spam phone call and called Stephen White to talk to him about it. I casually mentioned I was getting my windshield fixed tomorrow in Lilburn at Safelite and it was going to be around $1,000 (insurance wouldn't cover it). My appointment was at 1:00, (3 hours minimum) and they couldn't promise it would be $1k, might be more, depending on what they ended up having to do. Stephen said, MOM...they are the most expensive place! Did you call around for estimates?" Well, I had just asked a few people and they all said Safelite. If you know me, you will have a hard time believing I didn't call around. I squeeze a dime until it screams - but this time I didn't. I googled and found a company in Grayson that had all 5 stars with many reviewers. I called and spoke to Jonathan (who I found out later was the owner). He quoted less than half the price Safelite quoted AND THEY WOULD COME TO MY HOUSE!!! OK, now I'm listening. I want you to know he was at my house a couple of hours later, installed the windshield, calibrated it (Toyota's have to be calibrated with a windshield change), cleaned my dashboard and sat with me to explain everything he did. This is a family-owned business. Nicest man you will ever meet. I am so thankful for him and all the events that led up to this! Honest, amazing work and fun to talk to! I cannot recommend them enough!
