The Dent Repair Guy took a Quick Look at my car and said it looked like it was hit pretty hard because some plastic near my headlight was punctured by the metal in addition to the bumper popping out. He said that quote I had from caliber would easily be increased to $4000-$5000 because they'd say to replace the whole bumper, grill, headlight etc. He quoted me just $500 to realign everything. To me, I am not impressed I am not happy I am not satisfied and I will not recommend it. Number 1. The car is ready for pick up but he never call. I have to call to find out my car status . Number 2. As soon as I approach to my car without use any lights or equipment I can see two little dents not fixed properly. Immediately I've approaching John regarding this issue and John acting like he's not happy about my request and acted like I am just too picky. Then he bring out the lights and tools trying to fine tune . Use a little tiny tool start banging on the dents areas. What makes it worse was he created even more little small dents in that area.
