Sean and Matthew did an amazing job on my truck! The quality of the work is outstanding--it looks as good as new. They kept me updated throughout the process and made everything smooth and stress-free. You can tell they really care about their work and their customers. I highly recommend them. read more

I was in a very difficult situation with a major repair job and Sean and Bryan went above and beyond to help me. The Collision Company feels like a family environment with good people that are genuinely interested in helping. I'm so happy to have found them and will be a customer for life. Thank you so much for everything! read more

Superb workmanship and even better service! Until I was introduced to The Collision Company, I knew only of one place with the skills and resources to deliver quality work, and they charged an exorbitant price. The Collision Company matched the quality of the workmanship in half the time. That made a big difference in the overall cost. Not only did they do spectacular work but went above and beyond in service. I have a VW GTI with a special color released only one year and in limited numbers. Naturally, any repair work on the paint needs special attention. The Collision Company was a spectacular referral because they delivered the exact quality work as the more expensive competitor, and then went beyond and delivered even more, consideration. Since I am a retiree with a limited budget, they offered me a senior citizen discount which really helped. Thank you, The Collision Company team! read more

I normally don't post reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience. After being rear ended in my Subaru and steered by the Insurance Company to a large network shop, I instantly got a bad vibe and decided to go with my neighbor's recommendation and give this place a try. I am so glad that I did- The staff went above and beyond to advocate on my behalf when the insurance company tried to cut corners. My vehicle looks better than new and I couldn't be happier! Great job guys!!!! read more

I received great work, at a fair price and work was completed beyond my expectations. Management kept me in the loop all along the way. Auto body work for most of us is something we hope to not use regularly, but if I need it again I will definitely be back. read more

Highly recommend! I was referred to The Collision Company, and I'm beyond pleased and blessed that I chose to come here. From day one, the customer service was excellent, and the team went above and beyond to make the process smooth. They matched the color perfectly, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. Even though it was a bit of a drive for me, it was absolutely worth it. A huge thank you to Sean(manager), Bryan, and George for their outstanding service read more

The Collision Co. was exceptional to deal with and that is a rarity these days for any business. Stephanie was so kind and caring, as was Bryan. They allowed me to bring my car in for the repairs after they had all the major parts in hand- and they did a fantastic job and had it done on time. I have never had such a great experience with a collision repair place. EVER! read more

If you're reading this review trying to figure out where to take your vehicle for bodywork -- look no further. The crew at The Collision Company provide top notch work and best-in-industry customer service. I brought my car here after it was hit in a parking lot. Bryan took care of all the back and forth with her insurance, and advocated for me when the adjuster attempted to nickel and dime the repair. On top of that, my vehicle had been resprayed a custom color under the previous owner, the crew was able to blend and match the paint on the new bumper to the existing fenders with no paint code to reference, which is almost unheard of when you're talking about matching a plastic panel to a metal panel. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't take the car home with me right after it was completed. Bryan was completely understanding and allowed the car to stay parked there for a number of weeks. All in all, if you need body work GO HERE! You won't regret it. read more

Had a scratch in the door of my Chevy Colorado (Red Rock Metallic paint tough to match) and Stephanie & her crew did a great job in repairing and refinishing the door, I was in the auto paint business for 20 years and can really appreciate the quality of work put out by this shop. Please keep up the good work! Dan M. Cumming, GA read more

If I could give this shop 10 stars I would. Body shops are not usually known for excellent customer service, but this shop could write a book on it. Stephanie is SO knowledgeable, responsive and thorough that it was *almost* worth having my fender bender to see that there are businesses out there that still believe in 'old school' follow-up and follow-through. My car now looks even better than before the accident. Highly recommend! read more

My SUV needed repair from rear collision, during the time of replacement parts nightmare- replacement parts out of control of Collision Company. When parts came in Stephanie and her workers got repair done in a timely manner! Fantastic work and wonderful customer servic!! Would definitely use again. read more

Had the door on my 2020 BMW X5 fixed here. The car had less than 900 miles on it so I was very worried about getting it back to factory condition. They did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the outcome! read more

I will always use Stephanie and The Collision Co. Nobody else comes close to world class service ! They've worked on 3 of my vehicles and just outstanding work. Just bought my teen son a 1996 Toyota Camry and they made it look brand new with just buffing it and it will need some touchup paint work. I will post a picture on here after all work is completed! read more

The Collision Company - This t - Body Shops Near Me - Roswell, Georgia

After dealing with some shops in town, I am convinced more than ever Collision Co is one of the best shops around. They didn't just give me responses- "your car is being fixed". Instead, "we are fixing your car's suspension right and waiting for parts." I know I've rated other places but I would still go to this one given the choice. read more

New to the state of Georgia, I got my GA plates, but when I went to take off my Ohio plates, the bolts were rusted on, and I was not able to even get my OH plate off, much less get my GA plate on. I discussed this problem with the local VW dealership (Gossett- another great place) and they suggested I go to The Collision Co. to have them take a look at it. I swung by there one morning on my way to work, and they gladly took it in to examine, were able to help me out in less than 20 minutes, and did not charge me a PENNY. This was such a relief to have such friendly people, whose services I have never used, be such assistance. I would highly recommend them for their honesty and integrity, and will definitely take my car back there, should the need arise (though hopefully not!) read more

It's always a bummer when you have to take your car in because some ding dong decided to play bumper cars. However, I could not have asked for better than the wonderful team at The Collision Company! Tina is an amazing communicator and made this whole process effortless for me which was greatly appreciated. The work they did on my VW is perfect and they truly exceeded any expectations I had. For anyone in need of great, honest repair work coupled with spectacular communication, this is the place for you! Thanks again to Tina and team for making this visit to a collision shop effortless for me! read more

I have a partial wrap on the hood of my pearl white MS, and after 48,000 miles the car is in excellent condition except for two half inch scratches just above the XPEL wrap. Before I replace my partial wrap I decided to see if I could get these two scratches fixed. My wife went to The Collision Company in Roswell to get an estimate. Josh had one of the guys on the floor look at it and in just a few minutes sanded and buffed the scratch out completely! There was no hard sell to repaint the entire hood like I received at another repair shop. Josh and team just wanted to provide the highest quality service possible and leave a customer satisfied. The Collision Company will be my first choice whenever I need any collision repair or paint work done. Highly recommended. read more

Big time gratitude for Tina and Chris' hospitality. They really went the extra mile to assist me with car wreck aftermath where my hands were tied. They didn't have to be so helpful, they chose to. Technically I am not even a client from their shop. So grateful and will have to pay it forward in the future. read more

Our customer service experience with this company was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! From the day I dropped off my vehicle to the day I picked it up, they kept me updated on the status of the repairs...I received a phone call with status at least 2x per week! Tina (manager) is very knowledgeable about the process and was very helpful in getting my vehicle back to me as quickly as possible! The QUALITY of work from this shop is the best we've experienced! Highly recommend The Collision Co. for your vehicle repairs!!!!! read more

Because I work M-F 8-5, I called ahead to see if they could see if an accommodate me by allowing me to come in either before work, after work or on a weekend. I was told that they were not able to arrange that, but that if I came in on lunch someone would be able to provide and estimate in 10 minutes or so. I went in today on lunch, and guess what? No one was available to provide a quote because... They were at lunch. Right. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. read more

We had extensive hail damage on our SUV. I originally took it to a PDR company who indicated to fix it right, we would need to do a combination of PDR and traditional collision repair, and recommend The Collision Company. I worked directly with Tina and was very pleased with her responsiveness and professionalism. Overall, the repairs look great (can't tell it was repaired). What prevented me from giving it an overall A was the fact that I found a handful of defects when I went originally to pick up the car. Tina was with me and quickly took ownership and assured me they would take care of it. While I wish their QA process would have caught this originally, I was pleased how they handled it and would recommend them to others. read more

We took our son's car to the Collision Company for a body repair. While the car was in their possession, the stereo system which was mounted in the trunk was stolen. They called my son on the day the car was ready for pick up and said they had to go over something with him regarding the car.. They said the stereo was stolen out of the car but there was no damage to the car's body so the car was apparently left unlocked on their lot overnight. The shop supervisor admitted that it was likely an employee (a porter) that moved the car from the garage to the outside lot that intentionally left the car unlocked for the stereo to be taken later. When asked if they had security cameras on the property, they said the cameras do not work and the employees know that. We asked if they had insurance for this and the office manager said the owner wanted to pay for this out of pocket. It was very high-end equipment (@ $4,000) that we put in the car when it was new in 2010. We provided the details to her and she said she would call some stereo shops and get back to us within a day. After two days, we had to call her and she informed us that they decided WE need to claim the loss on OUR insurance and The Collision Company will pay our $250 deductible! This is not a cell phone or laptop that was stolen out of the car...this was hard-wired amplifiers and speakers that were mounted in the trunk! Their employees knew what was in there. If someone stole the engine out of my car while it was in their possession, would my insurance have to cover it? This is why THEY have insurance! Our insurance agent said if we claim this, our rates will likely go up as a result. So Collision Company admits that one of their employees left our car unlocked on their lot resulting in our high-end stereo equipment being stolen, and they feel they should not have to pay? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! read more

I have used this shop for years, including both accident damage repair, and restoration of a vehicle that I own. I recently wrecked my Ford F250 pickup fairly extensively, and these guys did a fantastic job on the repair. Their service is over the top, and they keep me informed at every step along the way with a phone call from Tina assuring me that we are right on schedule for the designated completion date. I tell you it is almost worth having the accident to get service like this, as it does not get any better than The Collision Company. Stephanie and her husband run the best auto service company of any kind anywhere in the country! read more

A real professional experience from the day I walked in. The quality of work was excellent. The body work was completed in a great time frame getting me back on the road in my car instead of the rental. Chris kept me updated throughout the repairs giving me piece of mind knowing things where going as planned. Totally impressed and will refer my friends to The Collision Company. read more

I always work with Tina and she is awesome! I took my Acura TL in for some minor work and I was thrilled with the repairs! It looks like new. Tina corresponded with me on the entire repair process. It took 4 trips in a month to get my VW fixed, because they sent the car to the dealer after they fixed the bumper and then they returned it back to me with all the parts not even placed correctly, you could see the tail light sunk in, the gap on the side and the clips- they did not even inspected how the parts were put back. Then the car key won't work, because they left the keyless receiver disconnected, we were stranded. Then the car was delivered again with a half an inch misalignment, and Tina Landeck insinuated we caused the damage when it was never fixed in the first place. Big disappointment- if you don't have an Audi, Porsche or Bentley, don't bother going there- you Won't be given the benefit of the doubt or getting an apology when they screw it up. They tell you in writing they will help and then "They do not return your emails or calls." do yourself a favor and go to the VW certified classic collision in kennesaw, previous work was done prefectly, it did not take a month of begging to get it done, and they give you the benefit of the doubt. Their reviews in kennesaw are not 4 stars but the service beats the one at this location and they take the car to Jim Ellis that is 100% accountable and customer service oriented compared to Nalley, that fixes one thing and brakes 2 others. read more

I took my car here and they called a few days after I dropped it off to tell me that everything was ready. I drove over there and see that half the damage was not fixed. Big waste of time since they didn't do their job and didn't tell me anything. Do not recommend this place!! read more

They are GREAT! They stayed in contact with me throughout the process and worked to have my car back in time for a important trip. They made the entire process worry-free. The quality of the repair is outstanding and my G37 looks better than the day I picked it up from the dealer (inside & out). This shop did awesome work on my 16 GTI. They fought with my insurance company to make sure they paid for all needed repairs. The quality of the paint work and body work was excellent. They communicated the timeline of repairs weekly and always kept me updated. If you are looking for a good body shop The Collision Company is a great choice. read more

that was a nice review from the other post but that's not what this place focuses on - they are a medium to high end car collision & repair (renovation) operations and they do it very well. Unfortunately, I totaled the front end of my 2008 BMW 535i in a collision on 400 one day coming home from work...I ran into the back of a GMC Yukon with the steel hitch crushing in my front end. My insurance company (Amica) recommended this company to do the repair work (one of their preferred repair shops in the area in Roswell). I'm glad that it ended up in their hands. The damage was about $20,000+ worth and they had to order the original OEM parts from BMW to rebuild the front half of the car. 4 weeks later (a little later than projected) - I got my car back and it looked absolutely perfect (no sign of any damage). I've had no problems with the car since. What they do is a work of art (high craftsmanship)...not just a car repair place. They take extreme ownership of putting your car back together and they do it very well. Stephanie who is the general manager also personally calls you about every other day to give you a status of your car repairs. She was fantastic to deal with - refreshing to meet someone who is so energetic and passionate about her company. I will definitely take my car back if I need any collision repairs (lets hope not anytime soon). read more

The Collision Company is 1st Rate. Exceptional customer service from both Tina and Stephanie. Tina is the Production Manager and she's the best. She took all the stress off our hands and worked with the national package delivery company's insurance company to settle the insurance claim for the damage done to my friend's 2003 Toyota Camry. What a relief! Tina let us know we were entitled to a free car rental because the delivery company company that hit my friend's car was at fault. The car rental was quick and easy because Enterprise is literally a block away. The Auto-Body repair workmanship is outstanding and my friend's car looks even better than before the accident. Everyone at The Collision Company went above and beyond to make our repair experience a great one. When we picked up my friend's car the exterior and interior were spotless. Wow! They clearly take Great Pride in their Work. Even if I lived 25 miles from their location I would bring my vehicle here for auto body repair. They are clearly experts at what they do and the quality of their workmanship is exceptional. This explains why they are an Authorized Repair Facility for Bentley cars. I did some painstaking research on auto body repair in the Roswell/Alpharetta area and I'm happy to say that all the positive reviews about The Collision Company reviews are true. I highly recommend the Collision Company. read more

I've had a string of unfortunate luck the past couple of months so I had to visit the Collision Company a couple of times. My first visit was for a VW and the second for a BMW. Obviously, having your car damaged is a complete headache but the staff at the Collision Company made the experience ten times better. They got my BMW in the next day and made sure I had everything I needed. BMW couldn't even get me in that week to just get an estimate. Save going to the dealership body shops and go to the Collision Company, you will definitely not regret it! read more
