The process took a little longer than expected since it had to be towed to a mechanic shop so the radiator and other wiring could be replaced, but Andrew worked with me through the delays. When my rental ran out, he offered to drive me around while my vehicle was being worked on, which I appreciate a ton. Overall, he went above and beyond and I cannot recommend anyone else for body work.

He also broke the bumper clips that ended up being unsalvageable according to Bobby (owner of Platinum). He got overspray everywhere and broke parts that shouldn't have needed to be replaced. So an absolute waste of $500 on top of making the car look worse than it did before he touched it. I have been looking at getting it fixed for some time now and I came across Platinum Collision Repair and saw the great reviews and gave it a shot. When I arrived I saw a bunch of cars in the shop that looked pretty much brand new so I knew I was in probably in good hands. I was instantly greeted by the owner and I showed him the damage. He gave me a free quote within 3 mins of me being there. I took some time to see if I wanted to wait a few months or do it now but after seeing person after person come to drop off their car within 5 mins of me trying to make a decision in the parking lot, I felt that was all the convincing I needed, so I got him to go ahead and do it. I dropped the car off 7-25 (Saturday afternoon) and it was done 7-29(Wednesday morning). He told me Thursday just to be safe and I get a call on Wednesday morning at 9am that it's ready. That's including them ordering a new grill, new bumper and painting. They are closed Sundays and I brought it later in the afternoon on Saturday so really it only took them 3ish days to order the parts, do all the necessary repairs to other parts not being replaced, paint the car and they even washed it for me! These guys at Platinum killed it and the owner Bobby was seriously so helpful and did his best to get me right after getting screwed over and save me as much money as possible. He even buffed the overspray off my headlight for me and it looks like a brand new headlight now. The car now looks like how it looked when it came off the delivery truck a year ago. They did the job for so cheap too! Can't recommend them enough... so much so that my mom is asking me what's the address and telling me she doesn't care that it's over an hour and a half away from her after seeing the results lol. Thank you Bobby & Platinum Collision Repair Crew!

I had about a foot long, scratch deep into the paint and a little bit of a dent in the metal on my driver side rear fender. My car is silver, which is typically hard to match the paint. I did a lot of research to repair a significant fender dent on my 74' 260Z and another large shopping cart dent on the rear door of my 10' Toyota Sequoia. I emailed Dings late on a Saturday night and Hayes immediately responded the next morning with a quote for both repairs after I emailed some pictures over. I decided to move forward with them based on their years of experience in dent removal industry. Hayes was very prompt - he showed up exactly on time, performed the repairs flawlessly, and there is zero signs that there was previous damage on either car. Other places wanted to bondo and paint the panels, which would have been sloppy, costly and time consuming. I'm really happy that I chose dings for my repairs, and I plan to tell everyone I know about them!

Russel quickly responded, explained my options clearly, and suggested dent removal with touch-up paint since I was aiming for something that would pass the "5-foot test." He got me scheduled quickly, and I brought the car to his shop. Russel was friendly, professional, and even matched the exact pearl paint instead of using a standard touch-up pen.
