Global has a lot of potential. It needs a lot more organization including having staff on site that can accommodate all the services they offer. Explaining that you cant do a service due to staff routinely coming in behind schedule is not acceptable. Nice group of guys but the business has got to tighten up. Also, a bit of pricing transparency would go a long way. I came in for a couple of basic services but had no idea what I would be paying since it's not clearly listed anywhere and no one says what the service will cost until checkout. I wasn't worried because I could cover whatever but many will need to know what the service costs. Lastly, when reinstalling wheels, wipe off the oily fingerprints. Where do I even begin? This shop has earned my business over the years but just screwed me over and we're never coming back. You shouldn't either and let me tell you why. This company is unprofessional and dishonest. Purchased 4 brand new tires (Blackhawk) and I was told these tires would fit my truck. Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed damage to my tires. After self inspecting, I found out the technician installed them this way. The tires were grinding on the inside of the steering knuckle. The shop refused to return the tires or compensate for their negligence. They offered me cheap spacers and a $100 bill to "compromise". This is unacceptable as I ended up spending a lot more than I wanted to because of their negligence. They also lie and go back on their word! When I asked why my tires were installed this way, the manager Anatoly said this is the size tire you asked for. I made sure prior to dropping of my truck that those tires would fit. After buying brand new rims, to make the tires fit, I had to get them roadforce balanced, I was told the tires were out of round. Do not trust ANATOLY and save your money! read more

My brakes and rotors won't have to be changed because they gave me a high-performance set. Global Tire also helped me find a good quality coil over. They improved the car's handling and ride smoothness overall. Outside of the quality of the parts, the work must be high quality as well. The work is still holding up and I have had no issues at all. The work was done correctly and did not have to be taken back in. It is very important to have a shop that takes pride in their work. The technologies and tools used help them provide more good quality work for me and many other customers. Being in college and not working as much makes price a big thing for me. Global Tire makes it affordable to get your car serviced. They recognized a part was well out of my budget and they helped me look for cheaper options. Replaced four tires on my husband's car and I asked that they put one of the not-so-badly used tires in the spare section of the trunk. They confirmed that they would do so. Weeks later, my husband gets a flat on the new tire. Guess what? There's no spare! He was left stranded at night with a baby and toddler at night. The Owner, Victor B, Victor Lukyan refuse to act in accordance by honoring a warranty Global Tires guaranteed. I was defrauded by Global Tires. Global Tire guaranteed a 50k prorated warranty if I purchase tires from their company. At the time of purchase, I was verbally told if the tires wear out before the 50k mileage I will get replacement tires.The company lied to get a sale and my money. Global Tires is refusing to honor the 50k mileage prorated warranty that was guaranteed during the time of service. I purchased four Runflat Cinturato Pirelli Tires 225/45/17. The tread has worn bald and at the 2/32" BEFORE the 50k mileage. My written receipt, which is a contract says 50k prorated warranty and there are NO Stipulations, Terms and Conditions listed on the receipt agreement. Global Tires is trying to verbally revised the 50k prorated warranty by adding Stipulations now when there were no stipulations during the time of purchase. The written agreement receipt override any verbalization. Annatolley saw both tires that's bald and at 2/32". I am entitled to have this 50k prorated warranty honored as agreed during time of service and the company guarantee warranties on their website but refuse to honor the warranty on my receipt. These tires are unsafe and one of the tires exploded while driving due to the tread wearing out before the 50k mileage. This is fraud, I purchased the tires based on the company reassuring the 50k mileage warranty by telling me if the tires wear out before 50k mileage I would receive replacement tires. read more

These guys are fantastic. I have my own tire supplier and need a place to get my tires mounted and balanced. Global Tires Plus charges just a Hamilton and two Washington's to replace and recycle the old tire and they get you in and out within 30 minutes or less for four tires. Who doesn't like that? Came here to have my tires mounted and the tech over torqued the fuck out of my lugs.

Had my CTS-V in for an alignment. The larger than factory front tires were rubbing, rear suspension had too much camber, and a front control arm was moving in the aluminum subframe (a common problem on the CTS). They got it on the alignment rack and dialed everything in perfectly. It drove straight with zero rubbing afterward. They were fast, competent, and did an amazing job. I went here because I heard about their reputation from S2000 owners, and I wasn't let down. Plan to come back with my other cars in the future even though they're 40 minutes from my house and there are dozens of closer shops. read more
