I had a tired that was going flat and I could tell it needed to be plugged so I went to the nearest Tire store I could find which happened to be Tire Station on Lenora Church Rd. I was greeted relatively quickly by the manager and immediately put in line for service. When the tire came off it was evident it had been plugged before and it had a nail in it so they suggested to buy a used tire which is what i decided to do. To plug the tire cost 15 though and that is nice to know for the future and a used tire cost 43. The attendant basically said if I plugged it it would cause problems with the old plug. I believe him. I was in and out of there in thirty minutes or less and they let me stay in my car! Great service! Really fast! Highly recommend! read more

This is how what started off as an awful Monday turned into a wonderful Monday due to a wonderful lady and her staff. I had a 3 inch nail embedded in one of my tires which caused me to have a flat and required me to roll with my donut. My tires were special ordered new earlier this year, so you can imagine how upset I was knowing that I was in this situation. I was told there was a tire shop close by that could repair the tire. As soon as I pulled into the Tire Station (Snellville) I was greeted by Shawn. I was apprehensive about repairing and not replacing the tire but Shawn explained the process and made me feel comfortable with repairing the tire. Then she tells me she's not even going to charge me for the repair. WHAT??? In a time when businesses are hurting due to Covid, this kind lady provided me with free service. I couldn't believe it. The tire was repaired and installed on my car so fast I never even got out of my car. The Tire Station and its staff were some of the nicest service people I've run into in a long time. This is how you do business. I highly recommend them. They are local and will now be my go to place for tires and alignments. Thank you Shawn and Wendall for being great business owners. read more

I called at 8am to be sure they had a tire to fit my car. I got the confirmation and was in and out by 8:20 (this included my drive there and back home). The prices are fair and VERY reasonable! My second visit was today. I got there at about 3pm without calling in advance. Pulled right up, told them which tire I needed, they confirmed they had my size, and I was out of there by 3:10. The staff are just down home Georgians, and they are like a NASCAR pit crew at work. They have nearly every variety of tire you could want and they are honest. I came in to get a used tires and the tech was kind in noting that he could patch it, which he did. Used tires run about $36, and plugs are $12. I got a nail stuck in my tire and stopped at 2 different tire shops with no luck. I found Tire Station on Yelp and gave them a call. Wendell answered the phone and was very friendly! He told me to come on in. I thought I was going to have to replace my whole tire, but he told me it would be a permanent fix to just patch it up. Wendell was amazing and the sweetest. He asked me if it was my first time here and I said yes. I was trying to pay for the patch but he said this is your first time here, it's on us, welcome to the family. This company sold a bad tire and won't make it right. I purchased a used tire a week and 2 days ago- the tire has gone flat TWICE on me since. I called them to see what my options were since They obviously sold me a leaking tire and they said NOTHING without my receipt. I literally just threw it away a day before the first flat occurred. They gave me a yellow copy of a receipt but claim they don't hold onto the other copy they send it to accounting. I was referred to them from my neighbor and were both upset that they aren't even attempting to make things right. I'm just upset I spent my money here and they are being of no help. I been driving my daughter's car for the last day or so and thought that the alignment seemed "off" to me because it seemed to "dart" somewhat at times. Not being familiar with the car, I thought I would have the alignment checked on it. Wendell took it for a drive and even had his alignment mechanic check it out on the machine only to tell me that it was all within spec and needed nothing. Wow. My usual used tire go to was out of tires my size and referred me to Tire Station. I purchased two used tires on a Monday. I've bought a used tire or two or three or four in my day, so I was familiar with used tires and never had any problems after purchasing them before. This time the guy at Tire Station putting my tires on seemed to be doing a lot of hammering and balancing, which was a bit odd, but I didn't mind since Wal-Mart doesn't include that in their standard service with the cost of the tire (everyone wants to upsell these days). For a moment I thought something was wrong but just figured he was just trying to provide good service. On the way to work the following Friday my car starts violently shaking and the tire blows out. I was in the center lane of 285, luckily no one was near me as I swerved, gained control of the car and pulled off to the shoulder. I had to walk forever to get to an exit, catch a cab to work during rush hour... Had my car towed the next day back to the shop. They agreed to replace the tire, but this time I watched more closely... He tried to put a tire on that had multiple holes in it. He attempted to plug them, but the plug didn't take. I believe the first tire may have had a plug in it that failed. I should have been up close watching. He reluctantly replaced it again, the best he could do was a tire with little to no tread, nothing I would have agreed to purchase, but in this situation I had no option but to take another poor tire. He began to develop an attitude because I was pissed about this situation. He didn't even check it for leaks or attempt to balance it, just threw it on.
