When I asked, I was told that they had appointments.... so if that is how it is, why was I told to not make one when I called. We will never be purchasing tires from this place again. Don't offer customers a tire rotation service with purchase and then make it a complete hassle to use it. Needless to say I waisted my time and still need my tires rotated.

After driving nearly 400 miles, she arrived at her destination and discovered that the shroud underneath the vehicle was hanging down. Based on what we can see, it appears that the technician who performed the oil change on Saturday at Loganville Ford failed to properly secure the shroud after completing the service. This is completely unacceptable. That shroud is there for a reason, and if it came loose while she was driving, it could have created a dangerous situation or potentially caused an accident. My wife was extremely upset, and understandably so. Now she is nearly 400 miles away from me and has to figure out whether the shroud can even be properly reattached or if it has been damaged and needs to be replaced. I have already sent a message requesting that someone from Quick Lube contact me, and I am still waiting for a response. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and professionally. I also expect your company to take responsibility for determining what happened and helping resolve any damage caused by the improper service.

I called back this morning at 7 AM. I couldn't get an answer until 7:14 AM. The boy that answered the phone. His name was Chris. I gave him my information and because he was still asleep he asked me for the information again, and I repeated it. After he gave me a list of pricing for tires I told him to give me the least expensive one. He told me the total. Throughout the conversation, the boy was very sluggish.
