The used tire that they tried to sell to me for $60 was dry rotted which i called earlier and got a quote for the same tire for a cheaper price came in talked to the same guy and he tried not to honor his word, after installing the tire months down the line her i am trying to change my brake pads and 3 out of 5 lug nuts is torqued down which i learned because stripped a lug nut off. Bad business!!!! Bad people!!!! Bad service!!!!!

This complaint is regarding Tires Plus Store #236946 in Loganville, GA…read more THE DISASTER TIMELINE: Day 1: I drove my 2018 Jeep Wrangler into this facility under its own power. It was my primary transportation and in functional condition. 13 Days of Negligence: The shop held the vehicle for 13 days, performing multiple failed repair attempts and racking up thousands in charges. Technical Malpractice: Technicians used chemical coolant sealers and additives explicitly prohibited by the manufacturer. This unauthorized "fix" resulted in total, catastrophic engine failure. Day 13: My vehicle was removed from the premises on a flatbed tow truck with a seized engine. DECEPTION & EVIDENCE DESTRUCTION: Billing Fraud: I was billed $92.99 for a "Block Test." Shop management later admitted to me this test was never performed, yet they refuse to refund the fraudulent charge. Evidence Spoliation: Immediately after the engine failure, I served the shop with a formal, written legal notice to preserve the radiator and intercooler for forensic analysis. The shop ignored this notice and intentionally scrapped the parts to prevent independent inspection. CORPORATE BAD FAITH: Bridgestone Corporate reviewed these documented facts--including technical negligence and the intentional destruction of evidence--and issued a summary denial. They have sanctioned the destruction of my property and refuse all accountability.

There's not any signs showing where to pull up so I parked in a spot and walked in just to see if…read morethey had time to do an oil change. Before I walked through the door, there were three employees playing around in the bay closest to the door. They stopped, watched me walk in and watched me wait for a few minutes at the counter for someone. One of the guys finally stuck his head in the door and asked what I needed. When I told him I wanted to see about an oil change, he looked at me and said very condescendingly to pull my car up to the bays as if I should have known to do that all along. I've never been to this auto center and just moved to the area. When I walked out the door, he said pull into the 2nd bay and started playing around with the other two guys. I walked to my car and left. I don't mind having fun at work and playing around but I do mind terrible customer service. I would rather spend the extra money with an auto shop that speaks to me as if I'm not an inconvenience or stupid.

Everytime I called, the employees were very rude to me. Note that my tires showed delivered online. Finally after 3 weeks I spoke to the manager who said my tires are there and had been there the whole time. When I went in to get them put on, I was there for 3.5 HOURS and saw that the employees were taking care of other people that came in after me without even starting on my vehicle. Fast forward to today (2 weeks later), I took my vehicle to Tire Doc just for them to tell me I have 3 BAD TIRES & that they did not balance my tires at all when putting them on. The tech at tire doc could not believe how cheap/awful the tires are and said I need to demand a refund; which is what I will be doing. You will be hearing from me.
