Prices: I needed more ball bearings for my front wheels because every time I turned my steering wheel, it sounded like my truck was haunted. It would squeal so much you would think you're watching an Alfred Hitchcock movie. I checked prices from 2 other different places and all of the prices were competitive. So I decided to come here since it was close to my house. New ball bearings parts and labor hit me for $616. As they were doing that they found my tires were wearing out on the edges on the inside where I couldn't see it. They were ready to go at anytime. So I also got a quote for 2 new tires and alignment and that hit me for $433 total. As I have a truck with 24 inch tires, I'm used to paying $350 for 2 of them plus the alignment was $80. That was in my price range so total I dropped $1,033 in 2 days. The work: They really surprised me on the work as they quoted me a 4 hour work time on the ball bearings and were done within 2 and a half hours. So I went to pick my truck up and it was so silent. Now I'm happy if I'm out at night that I won't wake all of my neighbors up. As well as the tires and alignment the next day, which was today, they quoted me at least 2 and a half hours. They were done in an hour and 20 from the time they brought my truck to the back. It was really quick service. At the end of the day, I'll have to keep these guys on my radar and when I need something, just call and set up an appointment time. When I did it, I just called me an Uber to pick me up and drop me back off on the first day. Today, I just caught me a little nap but didn't sleep too long as they were already done. If any of you need anything and in the Dacula area, give these guys a try.

They are professional and gave me good pricing. The quote for future items, the brakes quote was fine, the Serpentine belt servicing quote was fine. The problem I have was on a quote for spark plug replacements. I am not even objecting to the labor price, (though, I am retired and it is 7 times per hour more than I ever made in my life), rather the price they quoted me on the actual spark plugs was 4 times more than the internet said they should cost, and being my vehicle is a 6 cylinder it was a tremendously higher price than the quote should be. I called them back and they told me they could not go lower, and that was the price. For that particular service I will go somewhere else. We are talking about a difference of around $400 quote on parts vs. what the internet says the amount should be.

My wife left Sunday around midday to drive to Florida. While on the way, she began hearing noises…read morecoming from the vehicle, although she was unsure what was causing them. After driving nearly 400 miles, she arrived at her destination and discovered that the shroud underneath the vehicle was hanging down. Based on what we can see, it appears that the technician who performed the oil change on Saturday at Loganville Ford failed to properly secure the shroud after completing the service. This is completely unacceptable. That shroud is there for a reason, and if it came loose while she was driving, it could have created a dangerous situation or potentially caused an accident. My wife was extremely upset, and understandably so. Now she is nearly 400 miles away from me and has to figure out whether the shroud can even be properly reattached or if it has been damaged and needs to be replaced. I have already sent a message requesting that someone from Quick Lube contact me, and I am still waiting for a response. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and professionally. I also expect your company to take responsibility for determining what happened and helping resolve any damage caused by the improper service.

I had to get an alignment done and went to this Mavis store. They said they adjusted the car toe,…read morehowever, they couldn't get the camber or caster adjusted. They said i had to go to a specialized shop to get this done. After that, they still charged me for the full alignment price. At that time, I didn't know much about caster or camber and thought everything was ok. After 3 days, my car alignment got worse to a point where I couldn't drive. Why would they charge me the full price if they only fixed the toe and didn't fix the main problem? They offered 90 days warranty for alignment but I am not even going to bother with it since they don't even know how to fix the main problem.

I returned in late May for my complimentary oil change and tire rotation. Everything seemed fine when I left, but shortly afterward, I began hearing a noise coming from around my tires. I was also informed that one of the lug nuts/bolts had been stripped and that Bulldog would order a replacement. What makes this even more frustrating is that **I was not informed about the stripped lug nut/bolt before leaving Bulldog.** I only became aware of the issue after noticing the noise and questioning it. I drove it again before I left, and the noise went away... temporarily! While I was on I-75, the noise came back and this time it was much worse. It became increasingly concerning and honestly scared everyone in my vehicle. I was so worried about what was happening that I had to get off the interstate and find the nearest tire shop. **Thank God for Mavis Tires.** When I arrived at Mavis, they inspected my vehicle and discovered that **ALL of the lug nuts/bolts on the driver's side were completely loose.** I mean ALL of them. They were so loose that I could remove them myself **without any tools.** At that moment, it hit me just how close I could have been to losing my life and potentially the lives of my passengers or someone else on the highway. This was not a minor inconvenience. **This was a serious safety issue that could have had a catastrophic outcome.** When I returned to Bulldog to pick up the replacement, the manager's response was simply, **"I'm sorry."** That was essentially it. After something this serious something that could have resulted in me or someone else losing their life I expected much more than an apology. I expected accountability, an explanation of how this happened, and some reassurance that steps would be taken to make sure it never happens to another customer. I now have a brand-new set of tires with a warranty, yet I **do not feel comfortable allowing anyone at this location to touch my tires or my vehicle again.** That is extremely disappointing because I should be able to trust the shop that installed my tires to ensure they are properly secured and that my vehicle is safe before sending me back onto the road. I don't know if this was a training issue, a lack of proper inspection, improper installation, or something else, but **something needs to change.** A mistake involving improperly secured wheels isn't something that should be taken lightly. I am grateful that I heard the noise, trusted my instincts, and found another tire shop before something happened on the interstate. **I could have lost my life. Literally.** Unfortunately, based on my experience, **I cannot recommend Bulldog Tire Shop to anyone.** If you have had work done here, I strongly encourage you to have your lug nuts and wheels checked by another qualified professional. **Buyers beware. Your safety is too important to leave to chance.**
