When I raised the concern, I was told the problem was due to a worn tire. I replaced the tire, yet the issue remains unresolved. This shows the alignment was not performed correctly from the start. This is not the first concern I've had, when I previously had a tire changed here, all my tires were set to 35 PSI instead of the required 45 PSI. That's a basic but important detail that should not be overlooked. Although I was refunded for the alignment, I was very unhappy with how it was handled. Let it be noted that the Store Manager, Mitchell, specifically said the refund was given because "it isn't worth my time." He also stated that he placed a note in the system reading, "Do not ever do alignments for customers' cars in the future." Both comments came across as dismissive and unprofessional, and they did nothing to resolve the underlying issue of why the alignment could not be completed correctly. This entire experience reflects poor customer service, overselling of services, and an inability to deliver on promised work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend bringing Tesla or other EVs to this location.

But they didn't have my tire size so they called the closest Mavis to where I was staying and said I'd be fine driving there. I got a mile from the where the Mavis was when my tire blew! I called a tow truck and he dropped me off at Mavis. The lady there said that the other store got the tire size wrong and they didn't have the correct one. She wrote on a piece of paper the size I needed and I walked to Goodyear, just around the corner, and inquired about a tire. They communicated with me the whole time my car was with them, kept digging until they found the problem, and even worried about me when they realized what had happened. It felt like the employees here genuinely care about their clients, which is huge! A few more details: My car had been having issues for months, during which I was repeatedly taking it to different shops, auto stores, etc. Gunter Automotive found the problem within two days and charged much less than expected for the testing and fix. Really can't say enough good things about my experience here.
