My car was making a noise sounding like my engine wanted to fall out, when i was driving my car it was loud from when i got it until now so a couple months. They had to fix my wheel bearing i don't even know what that is but when i got my car back it was driving soo smooth and quiet i could tell a major difference. This complaint is regarding Tires Plus Store #236946 in Loganville, GA. THE DISASTER TIMELINE: Day 1: I drove my 2018 Jeep Wrangler into this facility under its own power. It was my primary transportation and in functional condition. 13 Days of Negligence: The shop held the vehicle for 13 days, performing multiple failed repair attempts and racking up thousands in charges. Technical Malpractice: Technicians used chemical coolant sealers and additives explicitly prohibited by the manufacturer. This unauthorized "fix" resulted in total, catastrophic engine failure. Day 13: My vehicle was removed from the premises on a flatbed tow truck with a seized engine. DECEPTION & EVIDENCE DESTRUCTION: Billing Fraud: I was billed $92.99 for a "Block Test." Shop management later admitted to me this test was never performed, yet they refuse to refund the fraudulent charge. Evidence Spoliation: Immediately after the engine failure, I served the shop with a formal, written legal notice to preserve the radiator and intercooler for forensic analysis. The shop ignored this notice and intentionally scrapped the parts to prevent independent inspection. Before you go to this place, please read and listen to my review. We've always used Tiresplus loganville to align most of our cars. We even switched from Athens location back to them.both were big mistake, both locations or should I say, most of their locations are bad. This will be the second time they messed up our good, drivable cars we drove from Monroe To them. The first was a Tundra truck. Brought in perfectly good Tundra to them for alignment and after their supposedly complete job, we were unable to move the steering wheel. By then, it was their closing time, so we had to leave the car after an 4 hour wait too. I guess that should've been our first sign and listened. Now, this time, which happened on 2/7/26, was a Civic. We drove the civic there fine, no issues. We waited over 2 hours after scheduling an appt online at 12 pm. At 2 pm, they drove the car from their back parking lot to their car lift inside. After a few minutes, they tell us that one of the inner tire rod is broken. We ask how much to fix it and they told us $350 something on top of a lifetime alignment warranty on the car. I was livid and ask them what happened after the car got there fine and they drove it fine. No explanation just that we can't drive it home. We also have a dash cam of them driving the car fine too. Also, we have them reving the car while it's inside their car lift Through our dash cam. in addition to breaking the rod and have no experience or inability to fix the car, the tech has the nerve to call us the B word name. He also talked about us taking driving the car and will be causing a crash. Theres no care in these guys. I hope before you say it do anything like that, you put yourself in our shoes. We are paying you for a service. We're not getting anything for free and this is the treatment we get back. My husband knows cars but we just don't have the equipment to align our cars. So, we depend on honest people like them to help and we are willing to pay for an alignment. My husband said that part cost $40-50 at Autozone. We told them to park it and we will come get it. I don't know what the freak those shady mechanics did to the car that we aren't able to drive it back home. If you don't care about wasting your hard earned money going to these shady mechanics then please keeping going to them. If you do care then please do your research and/or get second opinion before you pay them. Secondly, look your car over to make sure everything is there and safe before you go to them for service. They will break things and will ask you to pay. If I were you, Please save yourself and RUN! Find somebody reliable And professional. read more

I have visited Tires Plus MANY times for different reasons and I've had different experiences nearly every time. The Atmosphere: If you're staying with your car while it's being repaired, please be aware that the inside is relatively small. There's a small waiting room with a TV, and a few chairs outside of the waiting room. When I first visited this location, they had NO free wifi or any wifi at all for their guests. This made waiting at the shop difficult, as I work from home, and would need wifi to do my job. As of RECENT, they just added free wifi to their location, so that's extremely helpful, but prior to this, I was using the hotspot from my own cell phone to work while I wait. In addition, there are plenty of eatery locations around Tires Plus if you get hungry while you wait. If I may make a suggestion, try to just drop your car off if you can and pick it up when they call for you. The Service: The service here is good & bad. Let me explain. Good - Everyone is helpful and nice. Many shops try to get over on you and tell you that you need a lot of work done, when you really don't. The people here are honest. Bad - They are very slow. Like, super slow. Every time I've visited, I've been told one time frame and received another. I remember once I had a 9:30am appointment for new brakes. I was told I should be out by Noon. I didn't leave until nearly 4pm. I've had tire changes and oil changes here, and all of them have taken a long time. I'm not sure if they're super busy, understaffed, or what, but they're definitely slow. That said, they try to make it right. They've discounted me for future visits numerous times and have honored all of my visits. Overall, the only thing I'll say is if you can drop your car off, do so. Other than that, they really have approved since I first visited them up until now. For that, I've given them a bump up from the rating I originally wanted to give. STAY FAR AWAY FROM TIRES PLUS LOGANVILLE! Paid $1100 for them to have my car for 24 hours just to put 4 new tires on. I had an appointment and was ensured by the so called manager that I would receive a phone call before certain things were done, and my car would be ready by 7pm. My car didn't enter the bay until either 7pm or the next morning, and NO ONE communicated ANYTHING to me. Until my car was ready the following day. I was charged for unauthorized services, and when I went to pick up my car 3 of the 4 tires were flat and all 4 rims damaged. The manager went to the extent of threatening to call the police on me for demanding to not pay for unauthorized services. Now I am dealing with their corporate office, but seems I will be forced to file suit against them for repair/replacement of my rims. I have requested a phone call from the district manager, but that still has not happened either. We will absolutely never go back. Be aware if you use them. read more

I brought my car to Tires Plus last October to get one tire put together and put on my car. I am still grateful that the shop did this, when Loganville Ford screwed me over, but you really cannot trust amateurs to do the job of a professional. How in the world can a shop mess up putting on a tire? Shouldn't a place called Tires Plus be able to handle tires without issue? You'd think, but unfortunately the tech that worked on my car apparently is a moron. All four of the lug nuts were on too tight, and one of the studs unfortunately got stripped. When you put a wheel back on a car, you want to turn the lug nut by hand a few times to ensure that it is properly on the stud. Sadly the tech just immediately used the gun like he was part of a Nascar pit crew. Tires Plus Loganville is over 20 miles each way from me. I called asking if they will fix the problem they caused. They told me to bring the car into the shop the next day. Imagine my incredible displeasure when it turned out that they couldn't fix my car that day. I had to return yet another day. I made one more trip back and the shop took 5 hours to fix the problem they caused. My time certainly isn't valuable or anything. At the end of the visit, they puzzlingly tried to charge me ~$20 for the fix. I told them I really am not going to pay anything. Fortunately, they relented and let me go. I would give this no stars but it wont let me. Wife went in 2hrs before they closed to have a tire checked that has something in it and was told they had nobody to look at it. Everyone was on vacation. But they could put some air in it if she wanted them to. What kind of piss poor service is this? If there was nobody there to look at it, the shop would be closed. I'd walk before ever spending a dime at this store. I've been in customer service in the automotive business for 29yrs and I would fire the employee. So I had two issues with my car. One was a nail in the tire and the other was my skid guard had come down. Just like at Walmart, they said their company would not allow them to do a patch on the nail since it's too close to the side. But they reattached my skid guard and did not charge me. I was out in about 45 minutes, which was not bad on a Sunday afternoon at 3:45 during the Labor Day holiday. While I was waiting three other customers complained about the service they received. Update: got 10 miles up the road and discovered they did not get the skid guard in place properly. read more

Went to Tire Plus to get an oil change. They took the truck into stall and after come time said the truck was ready so paid for service and drove away. Got down the road a couple miles and engine stopped. The truck was towed back to store and the mechanic says they confirmed that they didn't put oil in the truck and burned up the motor. Our Tru k has been there several weeks at the store. Bridgestone after 3 weeks finally called us. The adjuster offered us $3190 but the cheapest remanufactured engine that we can find is $6400. We are just asking for them to do the right them cause we all make mistake but we also need to make it right, I still believe in the golden rule! Funny how an experience could change so drastically... we got a new battery installed by Tires Plus on a Monday by Thursday the car (which has worked perfectly fine for YEARS) was completely dead. No power whatsoever. So we called and had the car towed to them. After calling Friday morning to confirm they would take a look, we received no communication. At 4pm we reached out for them to say "oh we were looking at the wrong car; we'll get right on it." We didn't get a call back that day. Saturday morning, we called and the update was they couldn't fix the issue and we needed it towed elsewhere. After some back & forth with AAA (a whole other story) we get a tow truck there and TIRES PLUS LOST THE CAR KEY!!! How the heck does that happen??? The excuse was someone moved it the night before and took the key by accident... LIES!!! The car is dead... how could it have been moved???? So the saga still continues as this is happening as we speak... sooooo aggravated !!! read more

We go to leave and they stop up saying they can fit us in. They tell us to come back right before closing and they said they would call us if they had any problems. My car was getting new tires when all of a sudden we heard a boom and the power went out. My car was stuck up in the air even though they were almost done with my tires. The power was out for a few hours. I told them I was going to get an Uber and go home and to call me when the power came back on. That is when the manager offered one of his techs to drive me home. I have a 2016 Dodge Challenger with a shaker and have had the oil changes and bought tires at tires plus for the last four years. Today they tell me they cannot get the shaker off to change the oil. Took my truck in for service, being new to the area I wanted to support local businesses... Upon inspection, they found a coolant system problem... After spending nearly $1000 dollars in repairs, my truck is now leaking coolant... I called about the issue and was told a $400+ repair would be necessary.... It seems the first repair caused the second problem... I paid to have it repaired the first time, not to pay again for a follow up repair... I guess that's how you make repeat customers... Now I regret purchasing tires for my wife's van before all of this... After speaking with them about the issue, I was offered the repair at a reduced price... after a followup complaint, I was offered the repair at no charge by the store's managers... a bad experience was corrected and I'll use them again... My husband and I bought four tires at the beginning of November at this location, and we had a decent experience. We thought we had found a nice local place to go to for regular maintenance on our cars, but we were VERY wrong. We stopped in this location again today to have a fog light bulb replaced since it had burnt out. It took them 6 minutes to change the bulb, and the cost of the bulb was 12.99. We expected them to charge us a fee for installing it because that would be customary. The man behind the counter rang us up, and the total was $68.00. He charged us $54 in labor for installing a lightbulb!!! After much debate, they lowered the installation to $35 while the clerk huffed and puffed and rolled his eyes. He actually acted like he was doing us a favor! After all was said and done, they ended up charging us a reasonable fee only after my husband asked for his name and the corporate number. My husband made it clear that we would not be coming back for any services again. We can not see paying $9 per minute for a simple bulb replacement. read more

Was having a problem wit the truck's charging system and took it into Tires Plus to get diagnosis done. For $24.95. They determined that the voltage regulator was bad. Since it's built into the alternator it had to be replaced. Did the job promptly. Bill was $400+ for alternator alone. This is twice the price of a premium replacement and three times the price of the standard replacement that they installed. Hence only two stars. I won't go back there again. If I'd had the time I'd have done the replacement myself for less than $200. read more

I made an appointment for two cars on Friday at 1. I dropped the cars, explained to them three times what scope of work needed to be completed (this made me uneasy) went to lunch ( I had two kids in tow mind you) came back and the cars hadn't even moved after an hour. They not only installed the wrong size battery, and placed it on a tray and then put a bungee cord on it, then tried to tell me I needed $450.00 worth of repairs including: ignition parts, fuel system cleaning and fuel filter and spark plugs. If I could give a negative rating I would. Absolutely the WORST Tires Plus I have ever used. Didn't honor schedule blamed every thing on some one else. Left my car with an appointment guaranteed my car would be ready in an hour return an hour and a half later and car was still not ready. When I left my tires were so out of balance that my car was shaking and vibrating. Called them and eventually was told to bring it back but I couldn't due to time restraint which they had put me in. As soon as I left my car starts overheating. Turns out they tore a hole in my radiator! Brought it back today so they can fix their handiwork and they try to make me pay for it. After gratuitous deliberations they finally agree to pay for parts and labor. 5 hours later I am still sitting in the lobby waiting for them to install the part! I dropped my vehicle off at 10am and returned at 6pm to find out that it wasnt fixed yet. I waited another hour and then was told that the part they ordered was defective. I was then stuck in Loganville after hours without a properly running vehicle. I was told they could rig up the part and let me drive home and I could come back in the morning to get it replace. I returned the next day and waited another 8.5 hours to have my vehicle fixed. They charged me the full price of $1070 and didnt compensate me for my time or loss of my vehicle due to their error. To top it all off I get back in my car to find that the door and console are both covered in grease. Thanks guys! I wont be returning. Went here because my tire pressure monitoring system had an alert on my dashboard. I knew this would be a pretty simple fix, but I preferred to have someone look at it. They told me that there were quite a few customers in front of me and that it would be about 90 minutes. Well, I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. On Saturday, Feb 18th my wife and I were out of town attending a funeral in Virginia and my 16 year old son called me at about 6:30pm, that he had blown out a tire. As you can imagine being so far away this was a huge worry for my wife cause I wasn't there to take care of this. I asked him to pull in to this location cause luckily it blew right there on 78. I spoke with Rebecca and she had told me that while they were already closed and all the compressors were already shut down that her mechanic and herself would be glad to take care of him so we didn't have to worry. Now that's customer service!! They'd already been closed for sometime and I'm sure we're ready to go home and see there families but stayed even later to take care of this incident. What an awesome experience and I highly recommend anyone go see these very nice folks. He said he was in and out in 15 minutes. Tires Plus Loganville is the best customer service in the world! The young lady that works there has went above and beyond for me on more than one occasion. She's always friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about cars! On several occasions shes offered me pictures or videos of my tires or whatever part is broken. Shes even retrieved my laptop from my car so I could use it while I was waiting as I did not want to walk out under all the cars! I love Tires Plus Loganville! The last time I go there, I live less than 10 minutes from there and every time something goes wrong. 1st time get my oil changed and tires rotate when I get home my grill is broke the tabs that hold the bolts to the body are broke so they must have slammed the hood down. 2nd time oil and changed and they forgot to rotate tires today I call at 9:30 in the morning and ask how busy are they would like to get my oil changed and tires rotated and Jason said bring it in we will get you right in so I jump in my car and I'm there in less then 10 minutes I wait at the counter while two guys are in the garage talking and finally one comes out and ask how can I help you I tell him what I would like done and He ask If I dropping it off and I say I'll wait, then He said there is a 21/2 hour wait I said you just told me on the phone you would get it right in and He just stands there with his mouth open and grunts. Went in to get two tires, " heavy commercial truck" and a oil change. Cost was a bit over 400.00 OK no problem. Tech pointed out the rear end had some leaks, so I asked him to check the gear oil level. He checked it and said it was near dry and needed some gear oil. I ask him if we could put some gear oil in it to get me by until I repaired the leaks. He told me he might get in trouble if he did that with out asking his manager. I was like.....MM.... OK I will go ask . So I asked the manger lady if he could add some gear oil to my diff and she said, no !!! I would have to get a complete diff service for God knows how much. To me that is like saying, your a quart low on oil but we can't just ad a quart we have to do a complete oil change for X amount of dollars. I told him to put the plug back in the diff and I would ad gear oil when I got back home my self. I wasn't expecting the gear oil for free, just top it off and I will pay for it, nothing complicated. But as usual, they send the mangers to sales school, not customer service school to ad to the final invoice!! All big box tire stores are this way, sell sell sell!!! It wouldn't have been the end of the world if they topped offed my gear oil, I'm sure they made their quota on my sale. Local Mom and Pop store for now on!!!
