This is not the first concern I've had, when I previously had a tire changed here, all my tires were set to 35 PSI instead of the required 45 PSI. That's a basic but important detail that should not be overlooked. Although I was refunded for the alignment, I was very unhappy with how it was handled. Let it be noted that the Store Manager, Mitchell, specifically said the refund was given because "it isn't worth my time." He also stated that he placed a note in the system reading, "Do not ever do alignments for customers' cars in the future." Both comments came across as dismissive and unprofessional, and they did nothing to resolve the underlying issue of why the alignment could not be completed correctly. This entire experience reflects poor customer service, overselling of services, and an inability to deliver on promised work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend bringing Tesla or other EVs to this location.

I was greeted relatively quickly by the manager and immediately put in line for service. When the tire came off it was evident it had been plugged before and it had a nail in it so they suggested to buy a used tire which is what i decided to do. To plug the tire cost 15 though and that is nice to know for the future and a used tire cost 43. The attendant basically said if I plugged it it would cause problems with the old plug. I believe him. I was in and out of there in thirty minutes or less and they let me stay in my car! Great service! Really fast! Highly recommend!
