My appointment was at 5:15 and 30 minutes later at 5:45 it is now going back to a bay! They close in 15 minutes so I'm sure hoping that whoever is doing my tire rotation isn't in a big hurry to leave at 6:00! I just don't understand why bother with appointments when 2 walk ins went before my vehicle! I've done better walking in then with the last two appointments. I really like my tires that I purchased from them 2 years ago but again that scheduled appointment was over an hour and a half late! They are getting worse than a doctors office with over booking! I changed my 2 star to a 3 stars because my car was done in 9 minutes. But just imagine had it went in within 5 or 10 minutes of my appointment time the total time would've been less then 20 minutes.

The Hyundai interior brake light on the dash stayed on, they diagnosed the problem, called me let me know how much and how long it would take. Again excellent service and reasonable prices. Because they are the best auto repair shop in town, there is going to be a longer wait then usual to get serviced, but I can tell you it is worth the wait. I'm responsible, I'm early at 10:30, I hand over the keys... and then I get hit with, "sorry, had to order another tire, might not be ready until 4 or 5." This is a work night for me. I wake up at 4am, so dragging it out that late was tough. Respect where it's due: the crew in the shop was busting it, super respectful, and they even explained some folks didn't show up that day. But here's the thing, none of that changes the fact that I finally got my car back at 7:35pm after they closed. The store clearly has value, and the guys working there know their stuff, but planning and execution matter just as much as customer service. I came in ready for plug and play.
