Several weeks ago I came in for an oil change and knew their was a problem with my exhaust system. I was able to choose the tire I wanted, which I've never heard of at places like this. They were friendly and very accommodating. I didn't have access to my cards so I needed to use Apple Pay. They didn't have it available at first because their machine was down but within an hour they got a replacement. So they take APPLE PAY! They also offered a two weeks warranty which is great! I paid a great price for two tires and DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

When we were told that the vehicle was ready, I asked if there was a warranty on the alignment and was told by Gus that the owner would not allow a warranty. We paid for the services and drove the vehicle, and the alignment was severely off to the right. We returned to the shop, and while at the counter Mr. Garmon came from the shop very hostilely and spoke in a very unprofessional tone regarding the alignment. Mr. Garmon stated that the alignment was correct per the specs and that we purchased some cheap tires from China is why the alignment was off. After not being able to reason with the owner regarding the alignment we asked for a refund. He refused but indicated that he would rotate new tires to solve the problem.
