Attendant starts the conversation by telling me it is my fault and that they can give me the discount next time. Asked if I could get another service and get the discount on that. Originally told yes but manager vetoed that and said I already paid. I literally showed the coupon when I first arrived. Most recently, I brought my old car in for brakes and possibly shocks and struts because it seemed to not bounce back after bumps like it used to. He told me I did not need shocks and only needed front struts and new brake pads.
