Instead of taking my concern seriously, I was told it was "just below the line" and that I definitely had a leak. The service advisor was dismissive and rude, offering no real help or accountability. Concerned, I took my vehicle to my trusted mechanic for a second opinion. After a thorough inspection, I was told the issue was caused by improper service at Express Oil--specifically, the coolant cap had not been tightened correctly and the system was significantly low on coolant (nearly a gallon). This negligence led to engine overheating, unnecessary stress, lost time from work, and additional repair costs that could have easily been avoided with proper care and attention. I will not be returning. I strongly recommend others double-check any work done here or consider going somewhere more reliable.

Costed me stress and two days lost from work. They did do a good job paying for the new tire and rim and offered a rental once the regional manager got involved. After all of that drama the brakes squeaked constantly. It was annoying and embarrassing. The regional manager had the brakes redone at a different location and the problem was resolved. Worst automotive experience I have ever had. I do give them credit for being attentive and professional when trying to rectify everything.

As I was cleaning my wheel today I noticed they put a huge chip in my brand new wheel. I went there today and spoke with Kevin directly to try and resolve the situation.
