One week later, we left for that road trip and almost immediately received a low-pressure notification from the vehicle. We turned around, went back home, and found oil all over our driveway. We are now sitting at a Firestone waiting for them to fix a leak at the oil drain plug that was completely ignored by your technicians. Furthermore, the only oil they found in the vehicle seems like old oil that was never changed in the first place. This is completely unacceptable. We did exactly what responsible customers are supposed to do. We brought the vehicle in before a road trip, clearly explained the situation, and trusted your staff to do the job properly. Instead, we are dealing with a potentially serious issue, a ruined travel day, oil on our driveway, and the added time and expense of having another shop inspect your work. You have lost us as customers permanently. I also want to be very clear that I intend to make sure people know exactly what happened at this location. I will be sharing this experience honestly and publicly because I do not believe people should trust a shop that sends a customer out the door after an oil change and "road trip check," only for that customer to find oil leaking all over their driveway a week later. This was careless, unacceptable, and completely destroyed our trust in your business.

Incompetence and horrible customer service!…read more I showed the attendant my coupon when I first arrived. They said they would take care of it. Got the oil change and told to pay. I tap my card and then I was given my receipt. I see that the discount was not applied. Attendant starts the conversation by telling me it is my fault and that they can give me the discount next time. Asked if I could get another service and get the discount on that. Originally told yes but manager vetoed that and said I already paid. I literally showed the coupon when I first arrived. Attendant never told me the price nor showed me the final price before telling me to pay. Manager will not let me get the discount on a different service. They must be hurting for business and I see why. I will not return.

The next morning, I received a call with an update on the vehicle and all my questions were answered. The communication was top tier. Between Antoinette and Carlos, I get very well taken care of. I called two Jiffy Lube locations -- one told me their machine wasn't working (hard eye roll, because that always seems to be the case), and the other told me no one was there to do it (another eye roll). I was on a mission to be on time with my registration this year. I wasn't about to pay another late fee this year like I have in previous years (don't judge me! ). So I kept calling around and came across this place. I saw the ratings were good and that they actually had someone there, so I drove right over. I was a little taken aback at first because I'm used to getting out of my car and waiting inside while they do the test. Nope -- not here. You stay in your car, which honestly isn't bad at all. The gentleman who helped me (I wish I remembered his name) was great. He was polite and kind. It was raining and a little chilly that morning, but that didn't stop him. He got everything done quickly, and I made sure to blow my horn once he was inside because there's a sign that says to honk if you received great service lol. So make sure ya'll honk! I'd definitely consider coming here again. I even brought my laptop thinking I'd be waiting forever, but I was in and out and back home in time for my meeting. I highly recommend this location. Car was driven a total of 1500 miles since then , and another brake service, due to metal on metal , was needed. I don't believe the brakes were repaired the first time. I did pay for it though. But, it is possible??!! I saw the worn pads myself this time.

They were able to identify the issue and resolve it in a timely manner. I know for a lot of car repair shops, it often takes days maybe even sometimes weeks to do a big repair. In my case, I had a semi-intense repair needed for my engine and they were able to resolve it within 2 days. As a woman, it is important to me that I am being treated fairly and with kindness when engaging in conversations and inquiries with a car repair shop. The shop was very clean which is important to me since often times, people will choose to wait in the shop why their car is being repaired or services. As stated, they were very informative, approachable, and even showed pictures displaying the issue of my car while also providing the severity of it. It's been about 3 weeks since my repair and I haven't had any issues with it since. Definitely will be my go to car repair shop if I ever run into any issues in the future.
