Horrible place, asked for a new tire and they gave me not what I asked for and then lied to me about it. Then they put the new one on and broke the nut inside the wheel by tightening it too much. Guy was full of lies and wouldn't return our money. I had to tow it away. Worst place ever. read more

I wish I could give this place a 0. Tbh. I came here on Monday 10/14 to get my tire replaced. First of all I called and the owner tells me 65... when I get there he's gone so his "workers" tell me 75 assuming so they can make their own little money on the side. Good thing the owner did come back and charged me the original price which is great but I should've known to leave from there. His workers look like they are not even trained to do the work (my dad is a mechanic going on 30 years but sadly does not live in the same state as me but I've been around enough to know what ppl should do for a tire) Okay fast forward to 10/15 I'm driving on the highway and I hear a SNAP. Today 10/16 I take it to the mechanic he says they fucked up my tired didn't put all the lug bolts back in and that they were LOOSE. I get stuck in the middle of the highway and now have to pay $700 for their faults and his "management" who is probably one of those workers who didn't fix my tire right answered the phone and was being a smart ass the whole time!!! When I first went there they never asked for my name now that I want them to pay for the damages they want to know my name and the complaints. I use to appreciate the closeness of this location. But since the COVID pandemic the owner has turned into a complete egomaniac. His rudeness is literally "heavy" and such a turn off for paying customers! He DOES NOT have respect for his customers, he lacks in patience and he seems very unruly and in his words and actions on more than one occasion lately. I am a very understanding person, which is why it took me some time to really contemplate this review. After careful consideration, I suggest .... Do yourself a favor, & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Nice guys, available and affordable but scratched the faces and lug holes of all 4 wheels during a tire change today. Realistically about $500 in damage for a $100 service. Would not recommend for mid to higher end vehicle service but probably alright for your standard Honda Civic, etc or anything with simple hub caps. read more

This man is a criminal! He lied about what kind of tire he was selling. Told me it was a run flat tire when it was just a regular tire. He lied about patching the tire. This place was strange and not even properly labeled with a sign as to find it off the main road. I came here to have my tire inspected after having low tire pressure issues. The owner asked me to haphazardly park my car in the lot. He inspected the tire and found a nail in it. Without any explanation or consultation with me, he told me he was going to scrap my tire and grab an used one to replace it. When i asked why it couldn't be patched, he just said it couldn't be. I then asked him to put the tire back in it's place as I was going to the car dealer to get it checked out. For just inspecting my tire, the owner insisted I pay him 20 dollars. I would wholeheartedly not recommend this place, especially given the rude, overpriced service! read more

At first I loved this place for the convenience but they will up their price the more you do business with them. Received two tires for a bmw, a couple months later needed a new tire & he went from charging me $150 to $175 for a single tire. Would not recommend, claims tires are new but who knows. read more

Was it my second car I killed up in or was he seizing me up thinking I had money ? I would never refer this business as he tries to rip off his customers . I went to Amerigo yesterday because I had a flat and was going to be traveling the next day. I was sold a "used" tire for $55 as a replacement because of the urgency. I wasn't asked if that's what I wanted, I just was told there was a used tire but on my car in replacement. I was actually really thankful at the time because I needed the car to be drivable the next day and it was New Year's eve so the places to get help were mostly closed and so I just trusted that they wouldn't have sold me anything unsafe. Too good to be true, got 30 miles outside of Atlanta and the tire pressure plummeted on the tire. I ended up having to borrow another car to complete my trip. I was sold a lemon tire which is pretty dang unsafe and also just totally messed up. Don't waste your time. read more

I can't say enough about this business. I was helped by someone named Sean, and he was honest, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Despite filling my tires and helping get rid of the "low tire pressure" notification on my car panel, he said he hardly did anything and wouldn't charge me (and was appreciative when I insisted on paying anyway). While the big chains have fancier digs, I far prefer to support a business that's focused on helping the customer. I will definitely come again! read more
