I gave him a hint at how bad it was and that it was irreparable... He said give him a few moments to look. He then called me back about 10 minutes later with a rim and the grade and gave me the payment options. I paid and he said it would be in by FRIDAY!!!... Guys... it is Wednesday, 2 days later and Terry went above and beyond for me. I had an Uber go pick up the rim and bring it to me and he was so helpful! He was always so welcoming and understanding and just so happy to help. I needed a rim to replace my busted one and he came through and now I am back on the road and returning my rental 3 days early! They will sell you a tire that is already patched and when you drive off 3 miles away all the air is out of the tire. When you ask for an exchange after spending $60, they tell you they are not doing it because you damaged the tire yourself. When you ask to speak to the owner they say come back on a specific day and when you do they say he is not in, and they are not going to change the tire. They do not give you a receipt at purchase. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! The guy and lady have very nasty attitude when you are trying to calmly explain you have no reason to damage your own tire after spending $60.
