Please do not waste your time! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. As Wheel Wizard has been around since I was in high school, thought this was the place. Wrong! The manager (won't say his name) was not only rude but very unprofessional. Let me tell you... should have known from jump as he had me wait 7 minutes while he was talking on the phone about seats for his car. Thought I'll cut him a break so once he was off, asked if they could straighten a slight bent rim at which time he said yes but would require them to also repaint the wheel. I was concerned about matching the paint at which time he said he could 'easily' color match and 'not to worry'. This would be $285. Got a call the rim was ready 5 days later and after driving 50 minutes one way, it didn't look right. Therefore, drove back home and got a second rim for comparison and brought it back to Wheel Wizard and when the rims were placed side by side, the color was horribly painted -not only visible paint drips but texture was grainy vs smooth and color was WAY off. He (manager) said leave it with him to correct so upon leaving, I took a picture of the two rims side by side. Got my second call 4 days later, went up there with the 2nd rim and still the paint wasn't right. He looked at the rims comparing them like johnny bench. After several minutes, said he would talk to the painter and to leave it again! Although this time, asked I leave the 2nd rim so they could get it right which reluctantly I did. Got the call 3 days later so went back up there (keep in mind this is a 45-50 drive one way) as he said it was ready and as you guessed it, it was not. In fact, upon comparing the photos along with the second rim, color didn't match. In fact, upon looking at the pic, it looked like nothing was ever done and ironically enough, the drop marks were still in the same exact place and looked identical! Which leads me to believe they either didn't paint it as it had the exact same drip marks from the previous trip which was evident in the photo or the drip marks are the painter's signature. What's even WORSE, the second rim was scratched up!!! I couldn't believe it! So, I confronted him (manager) and even showed him the pics which he quickly denied and dismissed even though the photos were in front of his office with zero scratches! Was so angry about what happened but what could I do as I just wanted to get out of there. THEN get this and to further add insult to injury, this joker still charged me full price!!!!! Stating 'we provided the service so that's the price'. Can you believe it!?!? Long story short, had to take it to a 3rd party who was able to properly match the color. He told me they (Wheel Wizard) used the wrong color along with the wrong clear coat. (go figure) And the 3rd party was $90 cheaper at $195. Wheel Wizard is a joke! (no bueno) Please see other's reviews and please go anywhere else other than Wheel Wizard. read more

Wouldn't recommend. Highly contemplated whether or not on leaving a review, but it's caused an inconvenience since I have received my car back. Brought my vehicle (2018 Mercedes-Benz CLA350) in to Wheel Wizard to have it checked for a crack in the rim, right before new year 2025, because I was going to get on the road and travel for the holiday. I asked if they also did balancing because the car shook a bit when accelerating speeds. The gentleman in the office that assisted me, stated that all of my rims "are probably bent which are causing the shaking". Being a woman that knows very little about cars, I took his word for it, but also squinted at the fact that I have been told several times on random occasions from men that are aware of cars that it's probably just in need of a balance when a car shakes at high speeds. He proceeded to offer to have the other rims checked and when he returned, stated that they all indeed were bent. After hearing of the price it will cost to repair all four, I definitely declined but was charged for them to be checked. I agreed to have my one rim that I initially came in about repaired. The base price was $240, however I was then told about 10 min after taking the car back that I had three cracks in that rim, so it'll be an additional $50 per crack. I thought that was a little expensive, but I was in need to get this repaired within the next few days. The car was done same day which was a Friday (12/27) when I picked it up. On the following Monday (12/30), after very minor driving, I scheduled an appointment with Express Oil Change to get a balance because I was leaving town extremely early the next morning on 12/31. Once I arrived, I was almost turned away because the mechanic brought me back to his work area to showed me the work that had been done on my rim. And OMG it was awful work. Looked like amateur work. Clunky & just slapped on there. The mechanic proceeded to let me know that this was "NOT a great job at all" especially for the amount that I paid and he almost turned me away from being able to get my balance. But he did it to see if it'll resolve my shaking problem and the vehicle stopped shaking at accelerated speeds, thankfully. Everything was great for my trip, arrived back in Atlanta and there was no issue until last weekend (around 2/15). A little over a month and a half from the repair). The tire pressure begin to rapidly go out of the same tire again. I assumed that it was the tire, so I went and attempted to have a new tire put on. The mechanic that attempted to change the tire, alerted me that the rim was the issue and not the tire. So fast forward to today (2/20), I finally got some sense in me and took my car back to Alloy Wheel Repair Specialist in Norcross/Peachtree Corners, who I've utilized in the past for other rim repairs (not this specific rim) and they did a phenomenal job. I only chose Wheel Wizard because it is a short distance from my work & a bit more convenient for commute in that short period of time. When I arrived to Alloy Wheel Specialist, I let them know the issue and showed them the photo that I had taken from when the mechanic was about to do the balance on the tire back in December, which I'll attach to this review as well. They immediately said "THAT'S A PISS POOR JOB". And proceeded to tell me that the welding was not supposed to be where it was placed, it looks sloppy, and I may not be able to repair it and may have to get a brand new rim because of it. I was immediately shamed & disappointed, because I had just paid Wheel Wizard to repair the same thing that cost me $340. My quote for Alloy Wheel Repair Specialist, IF it can be repaired, it's only going to be $160. Drastic difference. But if it cannot be repaired, I'm looking at $700 or more in replacing that wheel because of the piss poor job of repairing that I received for that same rim/wheel at Wheel Wizard. I feel like I was gotten over on because I'm a woman and not knowledgeable of vehicles. Only gave a one star because of it being OK to take my trip. It has been a nightmare ever since. read more

They removed the wheel and placed my temporary wheel and tire on the car. Within 24 hours my wheel was expertly refinished. I used to speak highly of Wheelwizard. I've used him for years. The last 3 times have done it. First he redid my wheels for me but his tech forgot to clear coat the barrel. So I had to bring my whes BACK and leave my Car again for 4-5 days. Secondly I had two bent wheels. He fixed one, assuring me that wasn't the problem. I even asked him several times to please drive the car before and after so he can feel the vibration. He assured me there's no need to drive it. He had my car for 4 days. Only fixes one side and charged . I pick my car up. STILL VIBRATING. He says just bring it back we'll fix it. I brought my car back, left it with him for three days and picked it up in the car is still vibrating. So this last weekend I went to my independent Bmw shop and we put the car on the lift and both wheels are still bent very badly. It appears there's no work has been done on the car. His customer service is abysmal, he used to have a secretary but she is no longer there and I have seen him be rude to customers I will not be going back unfortunately after all of the friends I have referred to him. read more

A pothole did a number on my 2023 Tesla Model X. The tire needed to be replaced and I thought that was all. But no. As soon as a speed of 70 was reached it was clear the wheel was bent. Tesla wanted $1750 to replace it and it would take 3 days. The Wizard charged 1/7 of that to fix it in 3 hours instead. And it functions perfectly now. So, what I'll say is that this place gets a 5 star rating for the job they did on the rim but 4 stars for the overall experience. I found out about this place after speaking to my buddy at Firestone and calling the dealership trying to figure out how much it would cost to replace the rim. They were quoting about $550 for one rim! In the words of my dear Sweet Brown - Ain't nobody got time fo dat! I called Wheel Wizard (WW) after checking out their website and seeing rims with similar damage. I was allowed to send a picture over to Janet for a price. When we spoke again, she sounded confident that she could fix it and I was quoted $230 and a 3 day turn around. Unfortunately this place is open only during prime working hours, Monday thru Friday 8-530. That made things a little difficult. You do have the option to just leave the rim and put a spare tire on your car until they're done. I dropped the car off Tuesday morning when they opened and it was estimated that I could pick it up Thursday before closing but possibly Friday. On Thursday evening I called to see if the car would be ready. I was told that she would check and call me back. Over an hour later, I didn't hear from her so I called back because I needed to get my plans in order. Spoke with someone else who said he'd call me back after checking. This guy did. I would have liked to have seen more follow up on their end to keep me posted about when the rim will actually be ready. Beware, warranty is only for 24 hours. My wheel locks as leaking air within a week. Gentleman insisted it was a new leak. He would not even look at the small dent that is causing a problem and accused me of hitting another pot hole and trying to get free labor from him. He also said he was going to help me until he heard me talk to another customer. If this was the case the other customer would be sold if he saw me being helped instead of accused of stealing free labor. I also noticed local dealerships and tire places do. They did a great job on taking care of a Land Rover Discovery and BMW M3. I had the Land Rovers wheels powder coated in gloss black. They came out perfect. Plus they offer a life time warranty. It took 2 1/2 days to complete the process. They took me right away and completed it quickest. The wheels were power coated and they remounted and balanced the wheels. The BMW had a bent rim from my track day. They performed the fix within 3 hours. It rides much better now. Everything was done quickly and professionally. I totally recommend this place. This is my third time coming to this place to have my vehicle repaired. The manager/owner doesn't have the best attitude with customers however I was not bothered by that. Once vehicle was dropped off, I patiently allowed the 8 hour work day to allow the shop to finish my vehicle. Once I returned, the shop did not have my car ready or provide any details about what was done. All that was asked for was my payment. Once I provided payment and left the shop. There was about two weeks before my rim was cracked again, I returned to go over the service. The owner with the same attitude was hesitant to repair the vehicle a second time but obliged once I stated that I just came out of pocket a few days ago with less than 100 miles driven. I once again allowed the shop to make the repair and five days later, the air continued to leak out of the rim due to the poor work that was done. I would not recommend the shop repairing another tire. read more

I'm really bummed to write a bad review because I've taken a couple wheels to them and the work has always been good. The last one I took the tire pressure monitor was damaged and when I called to tell them the gentleman I talked to said they don't touch the tire gauge. I took it to my dealership to have it checked out and they couldn't repair under warranty since it was damaged in that process. I sent an email about the situation and have had no follow up. Completion dates have been continually missed and a set of wheels were "misplaced" for months. Ran my new wheels into a pot hole or the metal sheet the DOT lay out there for people like myself to hit. So I came in the following Monday to wheel wizard to get them checked out. First off, this place is the most conveniently located central to Atlanta. So if your anywhere out on the north side of 285, come here. But anyways, they took a look at all 4 of my tires and only 2 were affected. Even though he said my 2 wheels in the front were bent he only recommended getting 1 done because the other was barely damaged. I appreciated the steadfast honesty of this place, and believe me this place was so busy they didn't even have the time to tell stories. Long story short came in fixed 1 tire for like $160-170 none cosmetic and had me out on the road after only a couple of hours. If your looking for a great place to fix your brand new 20" wheels, look no further. read more

With Atlanta roads, potholes are always an issue. I've brought my vehicle here 3x now over the last 18 months and each time they fix the wheels, the car runs as smoothly as it did when I bought it. The prices are fair and depending on the service it could be same day. Each time I bring it in they inspect the other rims as well as a courtesy to make sure it's only the two (or one) I believe it is. You also have an option to just bring the wheel or wheels and drop them off. If you can't do that they will let you drop the car off and take car of it for you. Definitely recommend. I do hate my wheels though. Lol read more

Another website would've had a new rim at $600 but would be a 2+ week turnaround. These guys cut the cost to ~$300 to repair and a 3-day turnaround. I would give them 4.5 stars for the wheel repair but overall I cannot recommend them because you cannot trust them with any high end cars. They must be dumb to know that a high end (100k+) car has a lot of computerized systems in it and we can tell that they took it for a joyride at some pretty high speeds albeit just a couple miles but it's the principal that counts. The owner complimented me on the car for over 20 minutes and had he ASKED I would have let him drive it but instead apparently he waited until I left and took it for spin before he decided to work on the wheels. Again, all of this is well documented in the software the exact route and speed he drove it. Regarding the wheel job the only real issues is the powder coating in the crevices is not very smooth but the damage repair itself looks good. read more

Well, after exploding my tire and cracking the barrel on my rim my favorite tire place told me I needed to find someone to sell me a new rim or repair my old one. After talking with the rim store they let me know that I would have to get it repaird as my wheels are no longer made. =( They referred me over to Wheel Wizard which I have to say, does a great job! They quoted me about 285$ for the repair, charged me a 100$ deposit and told me it'd be done in 3 days, and it actually was! Considering I could have bought a new rim for the price they charged me I knocked them a little bit on my rating, but it definitely saved me from buying 4 news rims. On a side note, they share a building with a Jaguar repair shop which I plan on visiting soon for some maintenance. Overall a great experience! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! A bunch of friends recommended Wheel Wizard when my wheels got scratched up. I had one wheel curbed and another chipped in a couple places from a nasty pothole. They charged an arm and a leg, and took far longer than promised. My wheels are 2-tone wheels. Black and a tinted black finish. The tinted portion is what was damaged. I made it clear that it is NOT painted, and rather a tint, so it still has that machined finish look. When I got the wheels back, they were clearly painted and much darker than what it should have been. Within a day the paint had already chipped, showing they didn't prep the surface properly. Upon closer inspection, it looks like they chipped before I even got them back and they took sharpie to it! It wasn't even a good sharpie cover up. A five year old could have done a better job. TLDR: Bad paint job, bad turn around, SHARPIE COVER UP! read more

I hit a curb HARD in my BMW and this place was recommended to me to get my rim fixed. My car was driving horribly since the front rim was bent on the inside.
