Wouldn't recommend. Highly contemplated whether or not on leaving a review, but it's caused an inconvenience since I have received my car back. Brought my vehicle (2018 Mercedes-Benz CLA350) in to Wheel Wizard to have it checked for a crack in the rim, right before new year 2025, because I was going to get on the road and travel for the holiday. I asked if they also did balancing because the car shook a bit when accelerating speeds. The gentleman in the office that assisted me, stated that all of my rims "are probably bent which are causing the shaking". Being a woman that knows very little about cars, I took his word for it, but also squinted at the fact that I have been told several times on random occasions from men that are aware of cars that it's probably just in need of a balance when a car shakes at high speeds. He proceeded to offer to have the other rims checked and when he returned, stated that they all indeed were bent. After hearing of the price it will cost to repair all four, I definitely declined but was charged for them to be checked. I agreed to have my one rim that I initially came in about repaired. The base price was $240, however I was then told about 10 min after taking the car back that I had three cracks in that rim, so it'll be an additional $50 per crack. I thought that was a little expensive, but I was in need to get this repaired within the next few days. The car was done same day which was a Friday (12/27) when I picked it up. On the following Monday (12/30), after very minor driving, I scheduled an appointment with Express Oil Change to get a balance because I was leaving town extremely early the next morning on 12/31. Once I arrived, I was almost turned away because the mechanic brought me back to his work area to showed me the work that had been done on my rim. And OMG it was awful work. Looked like amateur work. Clunky & just slapped on there. The mechanic proceeded to let me know that this was "NOT a great job at all" especially for the amount that I paid and he almost turned me away from being able to get my balance. But he did it to see if it'll resolve my shaking problem and the vehicle stopped shaking at accelerated speeds, thankfully. Everything was great for my trip, arrived back in Atlanta and there was no issue until last weekend (around 2/15). A little over a month and a half from the repair). The tire pressure begin to rapidly go out of the same tire again. I assumed that it was the tire, so I went and attempted to have a new tire put on. The mechanic that attempted to change the tire, alerted me that the rim was the issue and not the tire. So fast forward to today (2/20), I finally got some sense in me and took my car back to Alloy Wheel Repair Specialist in Norcross/Peachtree Corners, who I've utilized in the past for other rim repairs (not this specific rim) and they did a phenomenal job. I only chose Wheel Wizard because it is a short distance from my work & a bit more convenient for commute in that short period of time. When I arrived to Alloy Wheel Specialist, I let them know the issue and showed them the photo that I had taken from when the mechanic was about to do the balance on the tire back in December, which I'll attach to this review as well. They immediately said "THAT'S A PISS POOR JOB". And proceeded to tell me that the welding was not supposed to be where it was placed, it looks sloppy, and I may not be able to repair it and may have to get a brand new rim because of it. I was immediately shamed & disappointed, because I had just paid Wheel Wizard to repair the same thing that cost me $340. My quote for Alloy Wheel Repair Specialist, IF it can be repaired, it's only going to be $160. Drastic difference. But if it cannot be repaired, I'm looking at $700 or more in replacing that wheel because of the piss poor job of repairing that I received for that same rim/wheel at Wheel Wizard. I feel like I was gotten over on because I'm a woman and not knowledgeable of vehicles. Only gave a one star because of it being OK to take my trip. It has been a nightmare ever since.

I had noticed this business for several years driving by. So when I scraped my wheel on a curb, I decided to check it out. They gave me an estimate that was acceptable. They removed the wheel and placed my temporary wheel and tire on the car. Within 24 hours my wheel was expertly refinished. They remove the temporary wheel and replaced my wheel and tire, balanced and rotated. It looked like new. I am so pleased with the service and the pricing. Great find!

So, what I'll say is that this place gets a 5 star rating for the job they did on the rim but 4 stars for the overall experience. I found out about this place after speaking to my buddy at Firestone and calling the dealership trying to figure out how much it would cost to replace the rim. They were quoting about $550 for one rim! In the words of my dear Sweet Brown - Ain't nobody got time fo dat! I called Wheel Wizard (WW) after checking out their website and seeing rims with similar damage. I was allowed to send a picture over to Janet for a price. When we spoke again, she sounded confident that she could fix it and I was quoted $230 and a 3 day turn around. Unfortunately this place is open only during prime working hours, Monday thru Friday 8-530. That made things a little difficult. You do have the option to just leave the rim and put a spare tire on your car until they're done. I dropped the car off Tuesday morning when they opened and it was estimated that I could pick it up Thursday before closing but possibly Friday. On Thursday evening I called to see if the car would be ready. I was told that she would check and call me back. Over an hour later, I didn't hear from her so I called back because I needed to get my plans in order. Spoke with someone else who said he'd call me back after checking. This guy did. I would have liked to have seen more follow up on their end to keep me posted about when the rim will actually be ready. In the long run, they were able to fix it on time for the price they quoted and it looks like new so I'm happy! Thanks Wheel Wizard.

Powered Coated Wheels - Gloss Black

They did a great job on taking care of a Land Rover Discovery and BMW M3. I had the Land Rovers wheels powder coated in gloss black. They came out perfect. Plus they offer a life time warranty. It took 2 1/2 days to complete the process. They took me right away and completed it quickest. The wheels were power coated and they remounted and balanced the wheels. The BMW had a bent rim from my track day. They performed the fix within 3 hours. It rides much better now. Everything was done quickly and professionally. I totally recommend this place. Their work is amazing and quick.

I am 1000% impressed. I am so excited that Khalid was able to help us get our wheels painted. He thoroughly explained the process and that his work to paint the wheels had a guarantee. I love when people back up their work. Absolutely happy with my ride.

The bottom trim on the door was cracked, the small garnish in the corner was missing, rivets in my rainguard popped out, and various loose weatherstripping and an incorrect (1 inch shorter) bottom weather strip. That strip was also dangling off a few inches when I picked it up. However, they addressed most of these issues with mostly no problems aside from long waits I will detail below. The only part left, 3 months later, is the missing garnish which I just bought for $1.50 from honda itself and put it back in since CC kept saying it was on backorder. The panel itself and paint looks good, and functionally it seems ok. Another thing was the customer service with Blake. All the above replacement parts were ordered fine, but it took forever for them to come in and I had to hound them every week to see when the parts would arrive. They would say "it will be here by Friday", that day would come and pass with no updates. So I'd reach out the next day and "oh it's not here yet" over and over. That happened consistently for over 2 months. The bottom trim piece took 2 months to come in ("it'll be here next week", "not here yet", "ok next week", etc etc). I had to just tell them after the first month to order another one because it was lost in transit. And the fact that they tried to give it back to me initially with a cracked trim is unacceptable. It was staring the tech in the face while he was putting it back on and he was OK with that. If you do get repairs done here, THOROUGHLY check everything to make sure it was done correctly.

I shopped around a few places including the dealer and found Carstar to have the most reasonable price. The service was quick and the work was completed when promised. I will say the tech did make one mistake and somehow forgot to put the actual lock lever back into the door. I did not notice it due to the fact that I had a carseat on that side and never opened the door from the inside. Fast-forward 2 years, the carseats have been moved to the back row, and we realize we cannot unlock the door manually after my wife was trying to exit after sitting in the back. I stopped by and spoke with Reggie not really sure if they would be willing to do anything about it since it had been over 2 years since the work was completed. Even though the mistake was made before Reggie's time, he immediately apologized and told me that he would take care of it. I can honestly say I was a bit surprised as it had been so long before I noticed the issue, and it had taken me even longer to bring it in to have them look at it. Through the entire process Reggie has been awesome and as promised they replaced the missing lever. I can say that for any future repairs Carstar will be my go to repair shop.

Below is the initial Google review I left for the business (before Dave took down their Google Business account since it clearly shows his true colors), and attached are my emails with Dave without skipping any replies (including my own). This is not a man you want to go into business with. Initial google review: "I'm not one to write negative reviews whatsoever, but I'm honestly quite disappointed by my experience here. Dave and I spoke via email where he directly agreed to complete the job of repairing BOTH my driver's side door and bumper for $1,500, despite the original estimate being $1,882. I was so excited to finally have my car fixed despite my limited student budget, but I made the stupid mistake of NOT signing an updated estimate when I dropped my car off. Dave said the job was a "handshake agreement" and sadly I don't believe this action means as much to Dave as it does to me. I came to pick up my car a few days later and my driver's side door looked fantastic, but my bumper was untouched despite still having to pay $1,530. I emailed Dave the next day reiterating that his previous email said he would complete the full project for $1,500 and asked if I could drop my car off the next week for the job to be completed. Dave replied by basically guilt tripping me talking about how he "discounted" the job by not doing my bumper because his men have mortgages, bills, etc. I completely understand this since I am in the same position, but that is NOT a discount nor what we had spoken about. If I had known the job would simply be incomplete or if Dave had been honest and just told me he could not provide any discount (which I would've understood with no problem), I would have taken my car elsewhere since I literally do not have any extra cash to pay for my bumper now. I originally planned on leaving an amazing 5 star review, and it's really disappointing that my kindness and understanding was taken advantage of when I would have been completely fine going elsewhere. Like I said though, my driver's side door looks great and the turnaround was super quick (hence why 2 stars instead of 1). My problem is not the quality of the work or the fact that I found the prices unreasonable, it's that nobody communicated to me that the job would just be incomplete and I was then guilted when I inquired about it when I could've just gone somewhere else."
